This is my first time at your dunkin and I really hate my experience at your dunkin … the crew members talking to me was not appropriate, order accuracy was not there at all … because i ordered a small midnight and they gave me a medium coffee… and there was no sticker to any of the coffee… that’s not acceptable at all … my friend is allergic to oat milk so how will he able to identify which one is latte and which one is midnight and the bageltwist was toasted with strawberry cc … they gave it on side and did not even cut the bagel twist …. There is no order accuracy and we asked for a small ones they gave us all medium ones… and there is no sign board that if we can only order 3 coffees in the drive thru … that’s not dunkin standards at all … i want a refund. Bad service. The employees took more than half an hour making the food and when it did arrive it was so disgusting, I had ordered a grilled cheese and it was probably the worst food I have ever tasted, the employees barely know how to cook and it shows. The worst dunkin' that I had visited. I didn't recommend it. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The service was excellent, my frozen chocolate was made extra special by a true artist. After a long day of work and longer drive home the smile i got at the counter made my day. Thank you for the service. Everyone was happy and smiling.

My family and I were passing by and decided to take a break and use the restroom after several hours of driving from NC. I was indecided to place an order but Tiffany, who had just clocked out and was about to leave, stopped and ask me if I was going to place an order with such professionalism and smile. She helped me place my order, and then Monisha showed up and finalized my order. She too was also extremely helpful and polite. Those 2 have my 5 star review and deserve more. It's becoming hard to find workers like them. Please let them know that they rock! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30

I came into your location off of the highway and was assisted by Tae. There were a line of customers at 6:30am and she was the only employee working. She was professional, upbeat and polite. She got the customers taken care of in lightening speed and also demonstrated core customer service skills. I will be back to recruit her for my company. This women deserves a raise or a promotion.

Stopped by for a lemonade was asked by the clerk what size? I asked her what size is available she said only Large trying to be smart! There were no straws on the outside so I asked her for a straw she is asking me what else is missing and another smart comment I thought you could not see because you are wearing shades!!! Are you kidding me what is wrong with this lady. Customer service skills 0 I would have given a zeo star if possible. I asked her name she said it's Rebecca. Rebecca I am very disappointed with your service if you gave me the correct name. Rebecca you need to be trained properly in Customer service and politeness.
