Waited 20 minutes while two overworked staff catch up with their morning orders. Manager finally came in 25 minutes late and attempted to take my order as well as a drive through order at the same time. She didn't listen to what I said and I get three out of six incorrect donuts. $9.50 for 6 donuts. Just go to Festival down the street. They have much more selection and you don't have to wait half an hour to be served the incorrect items. First time I came to this place and I will not return. This place is always messing something up one time I went after 12am and ordered bathe snacking bacon and I got a wad of regular bacon no the sweet black pepper. Another instance I went and got an avocado toast and the back was just thrown on their not chopped up like it’s supposed to and today I went and wanted to try their new empanadas and half of it was still almost frozen and the other half was somewhat warm.

Ever since they changed ownership it’s been nothing but bad. The coffee is watered and we waited 20 minutes to get our food after we ordered when only one car was in front of us only for the food to be cold. I used to LOVE this Dunkin location because it was so fast and everyone was nice. Twice in a row the bagel with cream cheese I ordered was hard a ROCK and ice cold. So disgusting and disapppinting. How hard is it to make a bagel properly? Obviously don’t care about their customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Do not recommend going here. I ordered this off Door dash so the store picked was random I guess. I called them directly to get a refund but when I called it went straight to voicemail- but you can’t even leave a voicemail because they don’t have it set up. Thankfully I got the refund back from door dash, but don’t go here. The fact someone probably saw this and still put it in the toaster is a little concerning.

No longer open at 4am. So no morning coffee 😕. They do have a very nice crew that works mid-morning that makes my co. Workers and my coffees, and it's our favorite dunkin run. Bacon snacks could be cooked more. But the people are always wonderful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Made a mobile order for food, donuts and coffee. Drive through employee handed me my coffees and walked away quickly. Came back a minute later and asked why I was still in the drive through. I informed him I made an order for food too. Seemed annoyed and walked away. Came back and handed me my food, forgetting the donuts, and quickly walked away. Came back a minute later and seemed even more annoyed and asked me what else I needed. Showed him my mobile order and told him he forgot my donuts. Walked away without saying anything, came back and threw me my donuts and walked away. Food tasted awful. I only got 5 hash-browns in my bag too. My wrap was soggy and mushy. I just left this location and ordered hash browns. How difficult can that be just hash brown. Instead I included the hash browns I was served. I live far away. I wouldn't serve my dog's this. I am very disappointed that I was served this 😤😤😤

I should have listened to the reviews about this one in 75th. I have nothing but problems every time I go. If it’s not morning they only have 1-2 people working that never know what they’re doing and will ask you questions they should know. Nothing is ever prepared if you order food. I waited 20 minutes for food I couldn’t even eat. I couldn’t get a picture of the nasty hasbrowns they served me because I threw them away right away. I’m so mad I just wasted over $20 here. I’ll never go here again

So far my issue has not been resolved I did ask for a refund and if I get it I will update this review. I spent almost $30 here for breakfast on Father’s Day I ordered three different croissant sandwiches and three donuts and a couple other items. Half of my order was not in the bag so I ended up having to go back and get it. Once I got the items I was missing and got back home I realize when I unwrapped it that what was inside, was not what I ordered 😩😩. Not only did I get bagels that I didn’t order everything in the bag was completely stale and I didn’t even get the food that I went there for. Everything was so hard we couldn’t even bite through. Still no refund.
