Love that this is close to home and serves us often. Although this is the third time in the past 2 months that I’ve ordered online my usual Avacado toast, (on the way to a Saturday morning class at RACC). When I get to class and get a chance to eat, my toast has not been toasted! This is not tasty at all, I’m in class so I’m unable to return and have it replaced as well as the only food I have to get me through the day.
This is ridiculous at this point when you consider you are serving me a $5 slice of bread.
My husband and I frequent this location often, spending an avg of $20-30 a trip together and then avg $10-15 when visiting on our own.

Shorter drive-up line than DD near my home but slower service, so same amount of time through. Ordered pumpkin spice coffee with milk, but it was too creamy-sweet so it must have been a latte. Short line but no less time & innacurate order ... maybe try again, maybe not.

Been here 3 Saturdays in a row and the staff is horrible. They don't acknowledge you. You stand at the counter they look at you and ignore you. Today lady takes our order Than takes her hand and shews us away. Very rude staff. Hopefully last trip here.

Usually if I just get something like a refresher or plain coffee my order is fine. If I get munchkins, for some reason the glaze is like melted and not really there every time. If I get a latte or macchiato, the taste is always different than what I would get from other Dunkin locations. I really like the location of this Dunkin and the drive-through employees are kind, but I have been instead going to the location in Shillington even though it's further away.

I don’t usually come to this dunkin but stopped on the way into work today. I went in because the drive through line was so long. When I was ordering my coffee I looked to the left of me, and there was a cockroach crawling on the counter. I said “there’s a cockroach crawling here”, and the employee said ok I’ll get it. A customer who was in there came up and killed it with a napkin. I chose not to get food and didn’t really want my coffee after this but I had already paid.

I've been a patron about once or twice a month at this location since they opened. I've noticed a slow decline in the donuts, toppings, and the munchkins.
Anything glazed is now just a suggestion of glaze, like the glaze was made too thin, so it's just a shiny donut or munchkin, rather then actually being incase in a sugary glaze.
Non of the frosted donuts look that great, or have near as much frosting as they use to. And the frosting is normal not solid, but rather a royal icing consistency, which isn't Dunkin.
The munchkins are bland, and the selection is limited.
The chocolate munchkins always taste day old or worse, with non existent glaze. The glazed non cake donuts, have as I stated above, zero glaze on them. The blueberry donuts look as they always have, but they have hardly any flavor.
I don't know if this is due to employee turn around, lack of care, no attention to detail, or simply a owner trying to save money across the board from hvac costs to ingredients, but it's definitely not what you get at most other Dunkin, or any other place that sells donuts.
I'd really like to see the quality stepped up.

I only live 3 minutes away from this dunkin so I go there often. This evening June 2 2023 I was very unhappy. In the drive thru line the girl at the window was just having a long conversation with the person in front of me, she took the trash from that car, and then after she handed the order to the lady she went on with her conversation while hanging out the window. Not professional at all. Got up to the window and it took 10 minutes for two iced coffees WITH NO ONE ELSE IN LINE!! Coffee is mostly ice and hardly any flavor. Please make this store better!!

Ordered donuts that were so hard you couldn’t eat them. Also they put iced donuts in a bag (icing everywhere). There is no care taken here and they always mess up my order. They need to take a little more pride in their work.
