These people hate their job. Someone needs to hire happy poeple. The guy talked to me poorly, adversarly way when i was just trying to order. I get it retail is hard. I mobile ordered food, and was told they do not cook food at this location sometimes. I asked for a refund and was told they were unable to do that. I contacted support who had the franchisee reach out to me. He told me to print out his email and bring it to his staff so they could "fix the drink order". Probably never using this location again. No acknowledgment at the counter. Waited 15 minutes to be served and only 1 person in front of me. Lots of swearing and the guy at the drive thru window dropping F bombs like a second language. Dirty, unprofessional and definitely uncomfortable. Have not been back since. Different Vibe at Mammoth Rd.
