This place is rocking! The way they run the show is not any different than any typical dueling show you’d see around the country. Yes, they play higher tipped songs first- that’s the whole game. You can stop songs you don’t want to hear by outbidding them! And yes, the humor can be brazen at times, so you’d need an appetite to play along. They play anything from Johnny Cash to Metallica, Disney songs to Green Day- this place is great if you like to sing any song in a group-Karaoke setting and having a fun night out! . 🎹😎🎶

We absolutely loved this place. We were hesitant on the food because of the yelp reviews. However, we went and formed our own opinion and everything was amazing. We had the beef Wellington, brussels sprouts and pork belly was scallops and it was all fantastic.!!!!!! Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dueling pianos guys were great. They play by request and you have to pay for requests on Venmo. There's no guidelines or suggestions as to how much either. Bartender obviously doesn't know how to make a raspberry lemon drop even though it's a featured drink on the bar menu. It was absolutely horrible! Admission was $15 per person.

Most amazing food, most amazing service! If you’re here for the Piano bar, it’s the most fun you’ll have with them five surrounding cities Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Dueling pianos was awesome! However, didn’t expect to have to pay them to play songs. Drinks were way overpriced. 1 - house cab & 1 - draft coors light was $42!! There was no table service so you had to go to the bar, and wait over 20 minutes to get your drink, because of the long line and having only 1 bartender. Fun experience but did not like the bar situation and the price of drinks.

I was very excited about this place after being told how wonderful the food was. My friends and I went downstairs to the Speakeasy with the dueling pianos. Note: A $10/person payment is requires when making the reservation. The decor was a bit plain (I had hoped for cozy lounge chairs) & a lot smaller than I had hoped with even less space for dancing. The tables were squeezed together which made it hard to walk around comfortably. We ordered the Tiger Shrimp and Calamari which were excellent! There was a full bar too and the bartenders were personable and gracious. I was surprised to be told a glass that was only 1/3 filled with house red wine was $15. The man and woman playing the pianos were very talented which made me want to stay longer, but....the volume was extremely loud for the small space. Unfortunately I stayed too long, about an hour, and by the time I left, my ears hurt. We went upstairs to the restaurant and decided, when we come back (the food, music and staff, especially Anna, made it worth tryng again) it will be a lot more comfortable to sit in the restaurant upstairs where the pianos can easily be heard. Last note: food in the Speakeasy can only be ordered and paid for via a QR code on the table and a credit card, so no cash.
Loved the experience! From making the reservations, grabbing food and drinks it was so easy. The vibe was great, and I would highly recommend for a birthday party or for a fun night out. The pianists that were dueling were very entertaining and made the experience unforgettable.

My wife and I have been to many dueling piano shows, and I have to say, the Dueling Pianos at Mäksē are awesome! We have been several times, and each time we go, we have a great time. The piano players are so entertaining, funny, and talented. We always have fun singing, dancing, and enjoying beverages from their bar. The bartenders are so friendly, and the drinks are on point! We love this place and will attend often.

a couple of experienced, ragtime, muti-genre bar-peak piano players bang out songs by request for tips. Attendee sing-along is expected, actually demanded, and dancing is encouraged. The volume is impossibly loud, so dont worry about your singing voice... no one will hear it! If you are partially deaf and/or bring ear protection, drink copiously, and arrive with a gang of buddies this may be perfect. However, if you arrive with good friends to listen to an excellent piano show you've come to the wrong place. Our table by the bar was an audio 'kill box'; flanked by large speakers and a large woman with the ability to 'whoop' and yell, somehow, over the speaker volume. 140+ decibels consistently on my AW4... painfully loud. Had to bail on this within the first half hour, the entrance price was well-worth the option to leave.
