It's a cute Small donut shop. Customer service was ok. Donuts were amazing! I didn't know they made them fresh right there! ;) Price is reasonable. I call it a Hidden Gem.

I arrived at 8:10 January 21st and was greeted by a sign that said "it's gonna be a 20 min wait!!!". I stood by the register for over 5 minutes waiting to be served (no one had even acknowledged me since I had walked in, and I was the only customer in the building). Finally a worker said "do you need help with something" (clearly very annoyed that I hadn't ordered on the machine). I said to her that I would like to place an order for a dozen donuts. Her response was "can't you just use the kiosk?!" To which I told her I was paying with cash and couldn't use the kiosk. She begrudgingly came up to serve me and told me it would be a 20-30 min wait.
I have loved going to Duck Donuts and have fond memories of going as a kid in the OBX. But due to the customer service or lack thereof that I received I will not be back to this location.
