We have visited this place on numerous occasions mainly due to the great play facilities for the kids, however there are problems. I once ordered hot chocolate, it came and it had nuts in, we told them, they said they ran out of milk chocolate so gave the nut one as its basically the same thing but with nuts, but didn't bother to inform us, we stressed to them, they could kill someone with a nut allergy. Today we ordered a soup, but without the pesto garnish and pizza for our child. The soup came with the pesto, we scraped it out, and the pizza was drowned with garlic and oregano, these are very strong garnishes, they were not mentioned on the menu description, or we would have requested without. Our child couldn't eat it. We requested a replacement pizza, they refused and said the pizza automatically comes like that (the one we had 6 months ago there was fine) they also refused to refund, telling my husband "you can eat it" considering he'd just finished his meal and our child was still left hungry, that was not satisfactory. We had our daughter's 7th birthday party here today and we are really happy with the service we received. The food and drink were great and at a reasonable price. The staff were attentive without being overbearing. From a male perspective I thought it was great that the men's toilets had baby changing facilites and a toddler boost seat available if required. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice bar next to the river. For the children there is a big playground. They make good pizza.

Place is amazing for kids and food is really delicious. When is too busy, waitress bring wrong orders which is sometimes acceptable. Last time we´ve been there they gave us broken bottle of beer, after returning it to the waitress she just said they saw it, but it was too busy so that´s why they didn´t exchange it but gave us broken one. Not even sorry! I never met so unpolite staff. 2 stars only because of servers risking with your health

I can say: "delicious". What about price? Prices are acceptable, not expensive. Workers are really kind people. There is also romantic atmosphere and nice for session or teambuilding as well. Expect, nice prices, place, food and staff. I really enjoyed this place and I can recommend this place eith playground inside and outside. Beautiful and clean. And you can check your child on the screen when you are in restaurant.
