Placed an online order during normal business hours. The app only allows for in-store pick up. I go to pick up the food I have already paid for and there is a hand written sign on the door that the store is closed. No option on website or app to cancel the order. I literally had to call my bank to cancel this with my card. This has been like a 45 minutes of work over what should have been a quick and easy order. Ordered a chicken strip basket in the drive through. After I told them my order I didn’t hear anything back. So I pulled to the window, the girl was very rude about it, rolled her eyes at me and kept shutting the window door in my face. I ordered 4 chicken strip baskets, when I got home to feed my family there were no toast in the meals and they had given me 4 coupons for sundaes instead. Chicken strips were very small as well. The food was delicious and for some reason the toast in the chicken strip baskets are the best. The gravy is always piping hot and delicious. My only complaint is that I couldn't see all the prices clearly and got my chicken with bbq sauce. It was delicious, but nearly $3 more in price. Also, I was delighted to find out they have great lemonade. Yum. I didn't realize until afterwards. My Heath Blizzard was delicious too, but I regret not getting a cherry artic chill instead.

My chili cheese fries was messy and they didn’t feel my basket up the sauce and cheese was just threw on there very disappointed

There was amazing service and extravagant friendliness! The ice-cream was amazing and the chicken tenders were the best I've ever had. I have had to many meals there and they are still so good!
