I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see that this was not a typical donut shop. They sell food as well. I bought a couple of donuts and tried the pancakes bacon and eggs. Along with some French toast and bacon for the wife. There is plenty of table space to eat in, I ordered mine to go. The plate size pancakes were good, as was the rest of my order. Thumbs up! 👍🏽 I will most definitely eat here again. Forgot to mention that they have a specialty menu. Sandwiches made with glades donuts and such. Might have to give that a try.
Ordered the bisque/ gravy, pancakes, omelet, and the bisque/ gravy platter. The food is amazing and tastes more home-cooked than commercial, which I LOVE!! Now, the show stopper is the giant cinnamon roll with the chocolate frosting...OMG it's ABSOLUTELY amazing!! Super soft, and the taste is beyond! Best one in town, hands down! Love the atmosphere it is a true local hangout. I love eating in a place where the locals gather. That's how you know you're in the right place!

Looks are deceiving, get in there and order breakfast! Get it to go if you need to. The Grilled Donut Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich was 🔥🔥🔥. This was cheat day meal for me, but worth every calorie. I WILL be back!!

This place is fantastic, do you know when other places like Schnucks is shrinking their donuts for the same price, doughnut cupboard has the largest donuts in the area. However, they are still reasonably priced. When you walk in it just reminds you of a small town café out in the country before the farmers head out to the fields. I love to sit there and just eavesdrop on some of the stories that are being told it’s really fascinating if you stop and think about it.

Nice and homey diner. The prices are right on par and the service is friendly. It's a great set-up and I would love to see more places like this in every neighborhood. Huge pancakes 🥞
Carmel Long John was best my wife has had since we lived in Michigan 10yrs ago. The pricing is great and did not realize it served breakfast food inside with seating. I will be back and try that.
The breakfast sandwich was delightful. It had two eggs, cheese, and a sausage patty between two halves of a grilled glazed donut! And the ladies working there were very friendly.
