What a lovely little sandwich shop/deli place located off the side of the highway. They serve an array of pretty damn good food at super decent prices. They recently started a new slew of advertising and I've finally caved and my goodness! My stomach is happy. My wallet still has money in it! And listening to the staff is a hoot. You can tell they genuinely enjoy having customers, and the place is just a good time in general. Definitely a good way to decompress from a long time on the road and recharge.
4 stars is still "very good!" Rating. I'm sorry guys, I had to knock one for the flies in the dining area. Just a few, but very very determined to eat my food! I don't care too much about this, and will gladly be returning!

Nice little deli conveniently located right off I-94 and adjacent to the BP gas station. Lots of offerings including paninis, wraps, lasagna, soup bowls, salads and grab n’ go options. The Chipotle Cheesesteak panini was delicious and my kiddo loved his ham and cheese panini. Kids eat free too! I’ll be back again!

Nice and quiet out-of-the-way spot. Service was friendly and welcoming. We got the turkey pesto and Cuban panini sandwiches which were both delicious, and the "kids eat free" offer was an excellent deal. For the price of our two adult sandwiches, our two kids got free kids meals of a grilled PB&J sandwich and a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. They came with goldfish and applesauce cups, which our kids were thrilled about. Fresh kettle chips were tasty too. Making a note to stop here again the next time we drive by this way.

My travel partner and I shared the Turkey Santa Fe panini (comes with homemade kettle chips). It was very sweet that they gave us two bags of kettle chips because we were sharing. Overall, the sandwich was too greasy for me and I am glad we split. Flavor was good, as was the meat-to-bread ratio. I would have eased up on the chipotle mayo to make for a less drippy affair. Great location right off the highway. Super friendly staff. Interesting and eclectic beverage and snack offerings. Didn't get a chance to try a soup or salad so I can't speak to that.

What a hidden little gem. Traveling from Minneapolis to Milwaukee and was looking for a place to stop for lunch. So glad I found this place. Amazing food, great service, clean well lit restaurant. If you are heading down the interstate don't miss your opportunity to stop by here for a great sandwich or wrap.

Had the cordon blue wrap and broccoli cheese soup. Very tasty! The place is fully remodeled, well taken care of and clean. Very polite staff working. Give Double Nickel Deli a try! I will be back!

Probably the best grilled sandwiches anywhere I've been. I stop here anytime I have the time. This is mom and pop place run by locals who put everything they have into it. It's always spotlessly clean. They have more than sandwiches here too. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.
