decided on the collards & Mac & cheese.. absolutely delicious... Everything was....we definitely will be back.. atmosphere is clean & very nice folks there!!!

This hidden gem is located at 50 Central Ave and is known for its delicious smoked meats and friendly service.I recently had the pleasure of dining at Double D's and was blown away by the food. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which was piled high with tender, flavorful meat. The sides were also excellent, and I especially enjoyed the baked beans and coleslaw.The service at Double D's is just as good as the food. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a great dining experience.Overall, I highly recommend Double D's Brickhouse BBQ to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic BBQ experience. Eaten there many many times. The food is excellent. The people that take your order and own the place are the nicest and most generous. Excellent location. My only problem with them is they run out of peach cobbler later in the day because it’s so good everyone orders it up! Hardly a complaint I know.

A must stop if traveling through the area. Double D's I can't wait to come back. Only suggestion...I would have loved some homemade desserts to go after eating the amazing ribs and beans. Next time I'm getting the collard greens :)

Wow! What a gem of a small restaurant! They have their recipes figured out, dialed in, and nailed down! I had the rib plate and I can say, I've never had better. Seasoned perfectly with a house made rub. Collard greens and potato salad I could serve to my grandmother. Well worth every penny, and not over priced. We'll be back soon, and I can't wait to try other things from the menu!

Worth the drive! A ton of food for the money and the taste was amazing. Try the bacon Brisket cheeseburger. The collard greens WOW! Owners are super nice and friendly. This is a must try. You will come back

Wow. This place is fantastic. Excellent customer service. Friendly. Very clean. Tasty food. Delicious strawberry lemonade. We stopped after visiting Monroeville (Harper Lee and Truman Capote). So glad we found this wonderful place.
