English breakfast with smoked salmon : The portion was good but the mushrooms were not cooked properly and it was to big. The poached egg was not that good.
Chocolate Eclair : Just delicious and always on point. Not too sweet and not too chocolatey.
Service:
The staffs were very friendly and was nice enough to make the changes I asked for for the English breakfast.
Atmosphere:
Very spacious and comfy place to hangout with your friends and family.
Will come again to try thier other pastries.

I enjoyed the salted egg chicken burger, but the accompanying fries don't justify the price of RM39. Steak fries would be a better match.
The salted egg pasta initially seemed small portion, but it turned out to be satisfying. The addition of limau was a pleasant touch to combat any nausea.
The salted egg cronuts are rich, with an abundance of filling. Adding a hint of lemon zest could enhance the flavor.
The staff service aligns well with the service charge.
I would come again to try another cake / pastry.

Its either the pastries been there too long, or the kitchen reheat have issue.
Staff service is bad, the staff is not friendly and welcoming.
For this price it is easy to have other choices in this mall

The first time I tried their pastry was in KLCC
Thought they had the same quality but it was disappointing.
The QR code on the table was not working and the staff was not attentive
The worst part was the pastry itself, I was expecting that the cronut will be flakey and the flavor will melt inside your mouth but it was the opposite. The bun itself is hard and served cold. Same with the chocolate bun. Not worth the price or maybe just this branch.

It is a cosy place. Greeted by the service staff politely & greeted by the duty manager. Good ambience cafe. Yet to improve on their food quality because it is inconsistent with the price i paid. Buttermilk burger doesn't taste buttermilk at all served with shoestrings fries with no side salad. Should put more value on every dish you serve to the customers.
Dotty’s is a very nice cafe to chill with family and friends. The food was good, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
We celebrated my sister's birthday, and they also provided a happy birthday song.
Liked the ambiance of the place. Friendly staff with good service. Currently there is an offer going on on weekends. Buy 1 main course get 1 kids meal free.
The food was delicious but I feel the price is a bit on the higher side.
The patty in the burger was juicy and delicious, but would prefer some more veggies or avocado added to it.
The sandwich would have been better if the bread was a bit more softer. Found it difficult to munch.
Overall, liked the experience, might come again.

First time to this restaurant even they have in business for some time, I must say the food is good and they have a nice ambiance, not too noisy and their staffs are friendly and always checking if the food has been delivered and if it was ok. The steak sandwich is good, portion is ok and price is reasonable. The coffees are good too. And the desert, you need to hv your camera ready to have a short video when the pour the chocolate syrup. Unfortunately they do not have a sink for patrons to wash their hands.
Waited 30 mins for salad and soup. We were about to get up and leave and food arrived. Slow service seams common here, not my first experience.
