They have 3rd class bakery items, mostly rotten and severely deteriorated. In reality, they are not unaware of their products, but rather involved in purchasing sub-standard products to earn more profit. They buy things with a 1 or 2-day expiration date at cheap prices and sell them at the original prices. This is not the first time; they have done this to many customers multiple times.
