Perfect Ramen dishes! Amazing Chicken Wings! My favorite are the Vietnamese Wings, absolutely delicious! I'm excited to try their new dumpling menu! Highly recommend! On occasion, they have Phulae Pineapple. Absolutely amazing! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Korean Black Garlic
This place is much much bigger than their storefront leads you to believe. The food is top notch, and if you love spice, you won't believe how good Hellfire is! Their wings are addictive - every flavor we have had is unique and delectable, ask for them well done for maximum crunch and flavor! Every one of the dumplings styles and flavors are droolworthy. The menu is incredible, I want to try everything, and they are always introducing new fabulous flavors! Not to mention the fact that the owners are beautiful people with hearts of gold. This place looks small from outside and inside as well, but it is comfy, cozy, and full of flavor! There is a reason why most people order to go here as there is not much space to enjoy your meal there, but that lack of space is overshadowed by the great selection of drinks, food and sides that you can order here. You can really taste the time and care that these people put on every plate, and every time I come here, I always enjoy it. Next time you are around, give it a try and experience an awesome meal here. Just be careful with the time as they close from 2 to 3 pm. Wings: crunchy and juicy wings with flavor is the best satisfying appetizer. Ramen: The Doragon hellfire ramen is very spicy but tasty. If you like spicy noodle soup, it’s a good choice. The Tonkotsu ramen is with mild and comforting broth. I like it. The choice of protein: The pork belly chashu is so rich of fat and melted in your mouth. For me is a little too much fat, but it’s the way chashu is. I think it’s not bad. The shrimp tempura is coating with crunchy batter but the shrimp is too thin I can’t feel the shrimp is there. As a crazy ramen lover, I would say Doragon ramen is not up to the top standard of mine. But in this neighborhood, it’s great restaurant for sure. Great place to try. Small restaurant with great staff. It was a bit expensive, I would say. However, I liked the ramen. Try and see if it's for you. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Doragon Tonkotsu Hellfire
A tiny hole in the wall excellent Ramen noodle restaurant! Superb service! Limited seating but cozy! The food here is the star! We had a Jiro ramen and chicken with peanut sauce mezmen noodles. Both spectacular. Octopus dumplings for an appy, which were good! Thai iced tea and a taro milk that was amazing! I feel like I am back in Japan when I eat here. It's a tiny eating area but the music makes me feel like I'm in a studio Ghibli movie. So amazing. The Ramen is amazing. I've had the spicy tonkastu and the miso and both were fantastic. The side of Curry rice is huge and very hearty, however if you have had homemade Japanese curry I generally prefer that as it's a bit more flavorful. The chicken wings here are super delicious. We tried most of the flavors and our favorites are the black garlic rub and the teriyaki. It's also a decent price. Lastly we have had a variety of there drinks and all of them so far have been amazing. My favorite drink was the strawberry milk tea. It was super tasty. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that likes Japanese food. The service was amazing and so was the food. Just don't come when I want to so I don't have to wait XD (just kidding) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We enjoyed the food so much that we came two days in a row! The food was delicious, their tea selection is extensive, and the staff (our waiter both times was Kaynen - who was awesome!) were great. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100

Normally I have to venture to the Boston area, Worcester, or Providence to find quality ramen, so I was beyond delighted to hear about Doragon Ramen in the MA suburbs a few months ago! While it took me a while to make it to their spot in Ashland, I’ve traveled back twice within a month since trying my first bowl of ramen! First, I’ll say they have a fantastic tea selection—I can’t say I’ve been to ramen spot in New England with more to choose from! This includes both hot tea and boba tea. I’m slowly but surely making my way through their spicy black teas. They have a Saigon black tea with cardamom that was lovely. For ramen, I’ve had both the Doragon Miso Hellfire (Vegetarian prep) and the always-vegetarian tomato broth. The tomato broth is an interesting twist from traditional ramen — you get a giant Parmesan cheese crisp to snack on and dip into your tomato broth. It’s giving grilled cheese meets ramen! I may be alone in saying this, but the Miso Hellfire wasn’t spicy enough for me. I’d still get it again, but I’d probably add more spice for an extra punch. On both visits I would say ramen noodles themselves could be chewier. I’m not sure if it’s the noodle itself or the cooking time? In any case it’s not going to stop me from going back and trying as many of their vegetarian-friendly bowls as I can! Pro Tip: For each weekend visit we arrived about 45 minutes into when they open. This seems to be the sweet spot for timing! You may have to wait a while if you get there at peak dinner time because the seating is limited. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
