Stopped in for the first time in a few months and that had some new fun looking donuts and mochi donuts.
Got the apple fritter which is always the best for sharing
Bought a cereal donut and was charged more than any other donut on the menu!!! I asked where it states the cost and the lady shrugged and said that was we always charge and walked away. She was rude and I don’t appreciate being charged whatever they feel like charging when they want. I’ll never go there again. Watch your wallet!!!!

Been going here since we moved to the area 3 years ago. Love their donuts! Best around! HOWEVER, their prices have been going up, which I understand to an extent but $14 for 6 donuts is a bit crazy to me. And now donuts with regular sprinkles (not the super fancy donuts) are now considered "specialty" donuts and cost more. ALSO, their hours posted are not correct. They state they open at 5:30 AM and my husband has attempted to get donuts before he goes to work on multiple occasions for them just to be closed still...
Very nice fresh doughnuts, polite pleasant staff.

I felt like I having a apple critter ,so I seen the donut factory on Demaree and Riggins in Visalia California. I ordered a apple critter and the lady asked me if I wanted blueberry or apple and I told her apple, I also ordered a cream cheese croissant and I ordered some coffee and I wasn’t done yet so I was trying to fix my coffee and customers came in and she said can you play now ,which I thought was very rude, because I was not done. So as I was scamming through my cards to find the one I was going to pay with, the young girl started to. Tap on the counter. I thought that was rude as well. Then My sister and I Proceeded to go to our car and eat our donuts and drink my coffee, then my sisters cream cheese and croissant had no cream cheese in it so she went back in there to tell the Young girl who looked so sweet and kind, She told my sister there was cream cheese in there and you can plainly see there was none . needless to say she did not exchange it or even add any more cream cheese. So I’m ready to eat my Apple critter and it’s blueberry so for her being so rude to my sister I had to go in there and waited until all the store was empty so that I didn’t make her look bad in front of her customers and I told her that I ordered an apple critter and she argued with me saying, that I said blue Barry, then she said I’ll just give you another apple critter. I told her I wasn’t there to exchange it I just wanted to let her know that she should make sure there was Cream cheese in her croissant she got pushed out of shape I said wait a minute I’m the customer, this is not good customer service skills. I proceeded to tell her that I was 62 years old and worked many customer services job and if anybody ever talk to a customer the way she was treating me, she would’ve been fired!!!! I think this generation should be taught customer service skills I hope you don’t have this kind of experience if you ever go there,Maybe she was never was taught Customer service, because it’s just about the money.
