First time here, and I'll definitely be coming back. The location is very bright and clean, the equipment appears to be well maintained, and the menus are easy to read and posted in multiple locations so you don't have to loiter at the counter while deciding on your order.
Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable on the menu items and were able to answer my questions immediately. Service was blazing fast, some of the fastest I've seen for a boba spot.
I got the Original Milk Tea with normal levels across the board. The tapioca is plump and chewy, and the tea itself is flavorful and the perfect sweetness.
Very happy with my experience here and will definitely return.

I ordered original milk tea with honey boba hot 25% sugar. The boba was soft and chewy and stayed chewy in the hot drink. The tea flavor blended nicely with the milk.
When my friend and I were on the hunt for a Boba place yesterday this one stuck out to us because of the name. The logo is great too, loving the vibes. I got the lavender milk tea with brown sugar pearls and my friend got the Osmanthus Jasmine milk tea with brown sugar pearls. Both were quite good, but I liked the Osmanthus just a bit more. I'm excited to go back and try a smoothie next time too. Oh, we got the chocolate chip bubble waffle as well and that was so tasty! Very fun to eat as well. We wished there had been some whipped cream on it though.
We opted to get our orders in order to sit outside and enjoy the warm summer night. The seating area looked nice though. The building was neat and tidy and very clean. Overall a rather welcoming environment!

Osmanthus Jasmine Milk Tea
This was my first time ever going to this boba place. I got the brown sugar milk tea! This has got to be the best place for the brown sugar milk tea. I’ve tried many and this place won my heart when it came to that brown sugar milk tea. It was so delicious and so was the brown sugar boba. The brown sugar was evenly distributed throughout my whole drink and didn’t just taste like milk. The best. Wish I lived closer but if I’m near again, I’d definitely stop by again!

Brown Sugar Pearl
Ordered both of these drink. Strong tea flavour with flower taste. Strawberry smoothie is very nice with actual strawberry inside. Boba is pretty nice too. Will come back!

Nice drinks! I recommend the sea salt cheese milk foam series, which is super delicious. We ordered the mango smoothie topped with cheese foam and the pu'erh milk tea. When we got our order, they separated the foam from the actual drink, which was nice. The drink shop has a modern set up and is very clean. Great place to get drinks!

Sea Salt Cheese Milk
It was good experience. We ordered three drinks. One was mango smoothie with boba ( very good) one was regular milk tea with boba ( it was ok) and the last one four seasons green tea ( it was too bitter and too strong for my taste unfortunately) Person who worked there was really nice and kind. It wasn’t crowded and we got our boba’s in 5 minutes!

For this plaza , it is one of the few places open late. It closes at 10pm. There is some indoor seating but the door creates a huge wind draft! There is no outdoor seating but you can walk around and seat out in the fireplaces nearby!
No wifi. Some outlets on the side of the wall. Not an easy place to work from since not many tables. Good place chat with friends or for a date. Usually it isn't too loud.
You can customize your sweetness /ice levels.
Price point is similar to most boba places ( $6+ per a drink after taxes). This place isn't worth the drive for me. I go here if I am in the area.

Service is fast! There was a long line in front of me but everyone got their drinks right away, there were only 2 people making drinks and I got mine in 5 min maybe less! The lavender milk tea had good lavender flavoring, just enough and not too strong. 50% sweetness was enough. You can lightly taste the honey boba which is great, since lots of places have golden pearls but no honey flavor. The layering of the drink is very aesthetic! The interior of the boba store is still nice and new. They need to have some more store products, it’s a bit empty on the rack/shelves. Also, should probably serve some desserts in the front display shelves, they just had empty plates which I thought was kind of weird/a waste, can totally do something more there! Lastly, be careful when you shake your drink, the top wasn’t sealed enough and leaks so maybe just turn it up and down once? Other than those small little things, overall a nice place for a quick boba run!

I have tried Mango smoothie with cheese foam, Strawberry smoothie w/ cheese foam, original milk tea w/ boba, Mango green tea. My goto drink has always been Mango smoothie with cheese foam as the taste is very similar to Mango lassi.
