My friend & I spent the afternoon today at the cacao farm, chatting with Tseng Cheng Tung about his farm and his workshops and how he got into farming and chocolate making. He's a very interesting and humble man! I would highly recommend anyone who's thinking about visiting to take action and book an appointment. He even showed us where the best places to eat local foods in Nantou are!! I can't recommend this place enough!

這裡的可可豆種植好多,管理得相當不錯,到那裡要預約才能遇到主人,剛好這次湊巧和主人相遇,他帶領我們參觀他種植的可可豆,哇!第一次看到這種植物 好新奇喔!

老師認真介紹巧克力的旅程,除了動手製作巧克力,還提供了果肉品嚐,親自下田感受巧克力的魔力,謝謝老師熱情又仔細的教學,讓孩子們重新認識巧克力!

非常值得推薦的一個地方,讓我對巧克力的製造過程有不同的認識,尤其是老闆非常親切,而且又專業的介紹與分享,強烈推薦大家來參觀了解,但是要記得要事先跟老闆預約喔!!

要先聯絡,因為保鮮,巧克力沒有庫存。有本土的堅持與要求,跟進口的不同。 現在還有導覽解說與體驗,更認識巧克力,可可脂的好處。

自已種的有機可可,純手工巧克力,品質高,更有全國獨一無二的可可鮮果汁,CP值滿百,非常值得來參觀
