I'm a regular in this place, and I was very disappointed today, I asked them to do a vegetable grill, and they couldn't provide it to me, the waiter was rude (a man in the glasses) and refused even to get us regular appetizers, he told us that the noodles we ordered are our appetizers, I'm very disappointed, I went to this place for 10 years with my mom and will never come back again! Don't recommend it at all now, don't go here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service is top tier, the staff do their best to help you with as much as possible and are good at taking responsibility when it comes to mistakes. Did we have a hair in a seafood pancake, sure we did. But they took responsibility for it, put it on the house, and even offered us something to make up for the mistake. Please consider going, they have a wide variety of choices to choose from. The food here is great for family, dates, and other things. It has a very good overall atmosphere as well. After taking it down feeling guilty, reposting in hopes that the management sees it and will try to improve. Some time ago i ordered a fairly pricy lobster dish and there was not a full lobster in there, maybe half a lobster. Also there were clam shells in there but the clam in it weren't the right size ,probably came out of a can. People are not stupid and contrary to what they may think , they fooled no one. Place looked real nice from outside. Not going to lie. Felt like I was in Korea for a second. Went last night, service was on point. Food was good. Not the best. But it was good.
