Did a phone in order for p/u. It was very prompt and everything was correct. The place was very clean looking inside. Parking is a little tight. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Lava Cake

The driver drove through my grass to turn around and leave resulting in several deep tracks feet into the lawn, not just off the driveway, feet into the lawn.
I called to place an order on December 31, 2023 for the first time. I ordered a large Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni and xtra cheese. When the order was received, it was a regular cheese pizza. I called the store immediately to inform of the error and first spoke with a gentleman who seemed very perplexed and unknowledgeable, after repeating my order multiple times, he then said hold on to get the manager. Someone name Salena got on the phone and said, “I am the one who made your order and you only had 1 pizza, not multiple orders. I again told her I only had one order, which was a Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. She said, no, you asked for a cheese pizza. I told her she probably did not understand me with all the laughter and noise in the background. She continued to dispute my order as if I did not know what I asked for. I asked for the Manager because I could see I was getting no place with her. I asked for the corporate office number and she said you will only get me back because I am the Manager of this store. I told her she was rude and had no customer service skills. I also told her I will never order from that store again as long as she was there. What ever happened to good customer service? If you are the franchisee of this store, I would suggest replacing that Manager if you want to be successful. Great customer service goes a long way!!’
I order here quite often and have had very few issues. One issue I have is waiting, a pizza to get delivered usually takes 30-45 minutes. I have also had an issue where they sent me a Medium Pepperoni Pizza with mushrooms and barbecue chicken when I asked for a Med pepperoni and lava cakes. I love ordering from this place but the waiting time is so unreasonable and is why I have to leave a bad review. I ordered a pizza today and had to wait over 25 minutes for a quality check and overall it took over an hour to get a pizza.
IF YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE PLEASE READ. This review is specific ONLY to the someone claiming to be the big dog manager named Salena. I think the rest of Dominos crew are decent. But this lady needs a boot. Boy oh boy let me tell you my experience with the Manager on night shift date Jan 27, 2023 named Selena, not sure if I spelled that right. This lady probably failed business etiquette and customer service class. I received a voicemail in saying that I refused to pay and that she will flag my account so I will not be able order at this place anymore. Mind you, this is after waiting 1 hour to get the pizza, 30 min after ordering and 30 min waiting outside the parking lot waiting for them to cook it. She was asking for my credit card number over the phone, not a good practice at all (if you know anything about security, you would not give your information over the phone who just left you a voicemail). She was very rude and raising her voice, she seems like the type of person who steps on you. I feel sorry for the people working under her. It's probably best we stay away from this establishment while this person is at the helm of night shift. She will probably spit at my pizza when she sees my order. That's the type of person I think she is. Anyway, I will make it my mission that big corporate knows about this branch and a clown on night shift running the show.
Went to online order as I always do and the system was down and i was then forwarded to the store. Dominoes wanted to charge me TWICE the amount as the online order for carryout. Order went from $27.99 to $56.99... So you tell me because your system was down your trying to charge me double because I'm not ordering online and there is nothing you can do? I tried to order online,, i shouldn't have to pay extra because your system is not working correctly, quickest way to lose a customer. Horrible customer service Dominoes, DO BETTER.
