Honestly I've never had any issues from this location over the years...but the last 2 times Ive ordered my pizzas have come with all toppings dumped in the middle? So basically you are just eating sauced crust and the middle of your pizza falls apart because the cheese is all in the middle...Really disappointed I want pizza not just crust. The pizza I believe was a left over from earlier in the day! Was burned and dried out. Hard!! For 22.00+ dollars for bad med size pizza. Whoa. If this was my company(I've had a couple) I would be enraged at the quality of my product. TOTALLY NOT MY FAVORITE PLACE!!!! The worst Dominos around. Unsanitary. Disrespectful staff and MANAGER! Young kids and staff not wearing gloves when handling food. Bad attitude. Especially from management. That’s the real problem. Blind leading the blind. It’s pretty sad. Find a different profession instead of ruining a restaurant chain. Literally couldn’t order over the phone. Would not allow me said I had to order online (which I was driving home from work) waited on phone to speak to a manager gentlemen hung up on me. I pulled up on them and witness the ignorance for myself. Will not be ordering here ever again. I’ll take my hard earn money and business where it respected next store to Loews and purchase a frozen pizza where I know I won’t experience unsanitary food / service. We ordered 2 pizzas from this location one of them was fine the other was missing two toppings. We call to see if they would correct the order and get put on hold for nearly 25 mins. Call back get an answer and are told to call back in 2 hours because “we are too busy.” How is it that other places can run fine with 2-3 people working but yet this dominos had 5 when I walked in not counting delivery drivers. The way we were spoken to and the way we were treated I wish I could give them zero stars because this dominos truly sucks. Ordered delivery for our family for supper. Pizza came and was burnt and crust rock hard. I tried calling multiple times, then drove to the location personally. When I arrived there was zero concern about the phones being silenced (I called while standing at the counter), they asked if I wanted my pizza remade but offered no complimentary side or service to compensate for me having to come to the store and fix the problem. After receiving the newly remade pizza, I asked if there was a manger on shift, to which I was told, “We all are pretty much managers” I explained that I was very frustrated with the experience and that simply remaking the pizza was not a professional or acceptable resolution, to which the employee only replied, “I understand” I asked if they even cared that the phone lines were either silenced or not working and received a collective shrug from anyone who was listening any more. To be fair, we have ordered before without many issues (occasionally wrong toppings) but the experience and response I received when having an actual problem was abysmal.

I have ordered pizza from the Advance store for years and it had always been good. The last 2 times I ordered it was overcooked. Last night, 9-17-23, I ordered a med. pizza and cheesy bread and both were overcooked. I managed to eat a few bites of pizza and threw it in the garbage. I have seen a lot of recent reviews with the same complaints and I won't order again. A frozen pizza is better then the last 2 I bought and a lot cheaper to boot.

I placed an online order. After over an hour I still didn't have my food. When I called they said oh the driver is another 15 minutes away. Food is constantly burnt when Ive ordered before. Constantly BURNT food. Once I got a burnt and uncut pizza. I order two pizzas and one will look perfect and the other will look like it only has cheese and sauce on one side.

Probably one of worst pizza's I have ever had. Pepperoni and mushroom. I think they really tried hard to see how little they could put on it. Crust was over cooked along with the cheesy bread. Very disappointed with Dominos in Advance. I try hard to support local restaurants but sometimes local restaurants just don't seem to care.
