I would like to first off say this store was SUPER CLEAN ! That speaks volumes because most aren’t . Now o would also like to thank the 3 gentleman that worked tonight (1/9/23) not sure if their names but you guys made my food to PERFECTION! I stopped coming to dominoes for awhile due to lack of consistency when making my food but this crew tonight reminded me why I love dominoes! I order a medium handmade pan pizza ( Alfredo sauce with chicken bacon and mushrooms) it has the perfect crisp on the edges of the pizza , even toppings and just over a 10/10 taste ! I also order the spinach feta cheesy bread , this was cooked to perfection as well the cheese wasn’t clumped up and blocky in the middle . It has that perfect melted cheese pull I love 😍. Thank you guys again , who ever you guys are you’ve made my night 💙
Delivered to wrong address several times. We just stopped patronizing after a Delivery person said he left it on our porch, which we told him it wasn't there. He then realized he left it on the wrong street, and then he offered to go back and get it. Seriously! You think I want a pizza you left on someone's porch 10 - 15 minutes ago. Terrible customer service.
Where do I start... Placed an order through the mobile app. When we opened it and started to eat, we noticed both pizzas were under cooked. When I called the store, I was immediately put on hold. After being on hold for 5 minutes, I hung up and called back. I told the person that she left me on hold for 5 minutes, to which she responded that they were busy. I then told her that I needed to speak to the manager. When she asked her manager to come to the phone, he told her that he was busy and couldn’t talk to me. When I told her the issue and that I needed to speak with her manager, she stated that he told her that he was busy and needed to make the pizzas. I then told her that at this point, I needed a refund and replacement pizzas, to which she stated that her manager said it would be 2 hours. I asked for her managers name and she said, “huh?” I asked again and she said “Justin.” I asked for her managers last name and she stated that she did not know as she just started working there. After filing a complaint with Dominos Corporate, who said they could not do anything at the time, but would have someone call me back, I drove (in the pouring rain) to the Dominos location to attempt to get a refund. Upon arrival, I was not greeted for more than 7 minutes (even though I was the only one waiting to be helped). The same girl that answered the phone was on the phone, and then got off and started putting stickers on boxes. It wasn’t until I asked if she was going to help me that she actually did so. I told her that I was the one who spoke with her 40 minutes before and that I needed to speak with her manager (who was within sight and earshot of me). She walked over and said something to him, but he looked at me and then went back to making the pizzas. At no point did he come help me. I told the girl I needed a refund and he told her how to do it. When she wasn’t able to figure out how to refund my order, Justin walked over and did it. He did not acknowledge me until I asked for a district managers number. All he said was that it was 1-800-Dominos and that he didn’t care if I called because he was about to quit anyways. Further, when I arrived at the location, I noticed the poor state/cleanliness of the kitchen (pictures attached to this review). The girl had asked if I wanted them to remake the order, to which I said no because of how dirty the kitchen was. The pans were next to the trash can, the manager was making pizzas on a prep counter that had trash on it, the manager was kicking trash across the floor, and there were food scraps all over the prep counter that were touching every pizza he made. Based on both customer service and the cleanliness of the kitchen, I will never order from this Dominos again.

They do an awesome job here. The staff works hard and are very pleasant. I order from here at least once a week. The pizzas are always hot, fresh, with toppings and cheese in perfect proportion. We enjoy their pizza and their friendly attitude, which is pretty scarce these days.
First time I went to this store. Very big and nice. Newly Renovated. Parking is a little hassle in the evening. Clean and nice. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Found a code online for a free medium 2 topping pizza so i ordered it and went to pick it up and the guy tried charging me at the counter. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I come in with my 3 year old son just about every Friday. At this point, the staff recognizes us as we’re getting out of the car and has our food hot and ready at the counter. They are always friendly and patient as I have my son say his name to receive the order. Any mistakes made (which is rare) are quickly rectified and the place is always clean!
My experience is beyond disappointing. For starters I placed an order for delivery and the delivery never came. I called the store twice and they first told me it was leaving the store, then 30 minutes later told me it was with "John" and should be arriving soon. I called a third time and they informed would follow up with delivery driver and hung up - then I called again and they couldn't tell me what happen but offered to make a new pizza. I informed them at this point I would just come in and pick up. But I requested that they cancel the charge to my credit card so I would not pay for delivery charges for a pizza I picked up. I also ordered pasta that was not included in the order (because the store had sold out) but they charged me for it online. They offered the new pizza free of charge because of the hassle but still proceed to charge my credit card. I ended up paying for the original order and delivery charges but my order was missing the extra dipping sauce I paid for and the pasta and I had to drive to the store to pick it up with my 6 month old after waiting nearly 2 hours for the pizza. The manager even told me that he would add a coupon to the account and credit for the next time I order and that was never done. Lies and false promises and horrible service. I will not return there!

My online experience and delivery process went well. However, my pizza was raw. A slice of pizza was nearly raw to the crust. I called the store and agreed to hold. After holding for 10 minutes and 28 seconds. I hung up. It's a good thing I ordered cheesy bread or I would have had anything to enjoy from my order. My order number is 3487 if the store is willing to make it right. This is not the first time I have had an experience like this at this specific location.
I've only had great experiences and delicious food from this location in Millersville. They also have a quick turnaround time. We've tried their pizza with various toppings, parmesan twists with cheese and tomato sauce, feta and spinach stuffed bread, marbled brownies, chocolate lava cake, salad, and wings. Everything was yummmmy, fresh, and delivered hot. I would not order the wings again. Thank you for your great service!
