Two delivery drivers and two other staff members handling EVERYTHING ELSE…..needless to say they were all very stressed! Felt like there were not enough staff there for dinner service during this holiday week. Our order remained on “prep” in the app tracker for 40 minutes. While we sat and waited there were A-LOT of unhappy customers! The wait time for food did not match up for what the timing on the website. We felt really bad for the workers - it was a really stress filled atmosphere. Ordered 3 pizzas and all had to be thrown away. They were all missing the toppings sauce and cheese! I got overcooked pepperoni on 2 and that’s not what we ordered. There is no way they could hand that out not knowing it was wrong! Sent my teenager to pick up and they said the employees were all teenagers playing around and rude. I normally don’t rate local businesses even when the service is bad. Today I’ll make an exception the staff here in particular the “ manager “ on staff is extremely rude!!!! I ordered a pizza on Monday that was horrible no cheese no sauce it was a waist of 20 bucks for it was a slab of dough with a few pepperonis on it. Upon calling the store the girl working who I believe to be the same “manager” today told me the GM would call me to discuss a refund because they were to busy on a Monday night to handle it! Being that I hadn’t received any follow up and my kids love pizza I called to follow up and place another order. I began to explain the situation and was immediately cut off and told that’s not how it works we don’t call and follow up I need to check with my bank. I couldn’t even complete my sentence without this person telling how I was wrong and that she didn’t have time to deal with this. If she would have taken the time to listen or look up my last order she would’ve seen I paid cash! I asked to speak to someone above her she said there is no one above her. I asked for her name she stated she wasn’t comfortable sharing that info because of my aggressiveness…. Wow. I just wanted to order a pizza and receive some follow up as promised. That said I would never spend a dime at this location or with Dominos for that matter. This all took place today 7/24 so if you’re looking for pizza don’t waste your time or money. Food took almost two hours to deliver. I get it, if you're busy it's no big deal. I called and the staff member (guy) said it was coming out of the oven right now. Great, no problem. Got the food (the driver was nice and apologized) and found out it was cold and nasty. This food had been sitting out for an hour before it was finally delivered to me. And the lid of my sandwhich was smashed in with a pizza cup. If you're backed up, I get it, but don't flat out lie about it. I won't be ordering here again. (Tip: go straight to corporate with your complaint, they handle it much faster.) Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

The pizza was just as good as I remember. Ordered pepperoni and a meatzza pizza. My only issue, which I wish I had said something. Was that the little lady putting orders together, was not wearing gloves. I told my sister, that I hope the lady's hands were clean. Called for replacement was told they would remake order Never received new reorder called them was told there was nothing wrong with original order. Wrong again. Refunded. 75% of the employees. , or more are antisocial and incredibly rude. (not expecting to be worshipped..., but I expect decent human knowledgement/basic human respect that every person gives/gets) The one good employee who offers good service is the ginger kid with a beard. (I think) he knows how to socialize and do his job normal. The weird kid that's always extremely rude asked me "what do you want" once when coming in for a pick up, and he always acts like he's being inconvenienced to do his job, I think he needs to find another job to buy his stupid hair dye. There's also a antisocial and nearly as rude girl(maybe a shift manager/leader?, late teens early 20's) who provides nearly as poor service and doesn't even socialize properly, and pretty much hands you food and immediately turns around to continue to act like you aren't there. These are probably normal young kids, but it's the managers job to fire the bad ones so they can learn to do better. Used PayPal for the order, the food wasn't going to be ready for over an hour. They did a refund but the funds won't be available for 1-2 business days so now we have zero dollars for dinner. Don't ever go here 🤬 Edited to add that we went to pick the pizza up 45 minutes after placing the order, and the website stated order time was only 20 minutes. Almost 2 hours to prepare 2 pizzas is completely unacceptable. This experience is what we were upset about more than the bank refund. Will never ever get food from this dominoes again, not even if it was a lifetime free supply. THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS UNACCEPTABLE. Service: 1

In a world of online ordering and notifications, how is it possible for me to get to your store and then be told there's a additional 45 minute wait when your email said 5 to 10 minutes when I left my house? Edit: when I asked the person behind the counter how we could make this right? I was basically told there's nothing they can do. It's not their fault.
