Requested extra sauce on the pizza since the last order was cheese and bread.. still dry pizza. Not to mention, the chicken Alfredo was dry as well. Explained to cashier we needed some pizza sauce still charged for the extra sauce even though it was on the receipt requesting extra sauce. Stick with Papa John’s or Marco’s Pizza.

Ordered the cheesesteak. Not much in it. Meat was burnt and over cooked, maybe 2 small pieces of pepper and 2 tiny pieces of onion, no cheese. Husband had chicken bacon ranch. Not much in his either. Basically a very flat sub, mostly bread.

Probably if I wasn’t representing an organization that needs 12 pizzas every month, they would be fine. We have bought from them every month (last Thursday of the month) for almost 10 years as a non-profit. This year it’s like no one knows who we are. Since August, every month they have to find the paperwork and call someone. I started physically going into the place instead of calling because it has become terribly confusing for them. I went across the street to Pizza Hut but that manager was too busy with their new POS to talk to me. 🤷♀️ If anyone knows of a place that delivers one topping pizza for $8 each, please reach out.

Pepperoni Pizza
Ordered a pizza Saturday night at 12:10 am. I’m aware they close at 1, but I figured since I was able to place an order online that it was okay. (They don’t allow pick up at that time so delivery was all I could do) I got a notification that my pizza was finished and in Quality Check at 12:20. 1:10 rolls around & my order was canceled. I would have appreciated a call stating it was too late to order & that it was going to be canceled, or even offer to let me pick it up myself. Very unprofessional & LAZY.

Was tracking deliver and driver drove past house and guess delivered to wrong call to check order kid on phone asked me for my order # and the proceeded to tell me to hang up and call back because they were having trouble with there phones called back and was still no help told me he was going to call the driver and if I didn’t receive my pizza to call back I said can’t u just put me on hold and call him and then let me know and he was confused by that. Then cam back on the line and said our pizza just left the store still don’t know the true story just know pizza was cold when it got here. Not the first time I have had problems with this store. I will not be ordering from them again. Order at your own risk!!

I ordered and it showed my pizza was showing status of quality check. Another 25 minutes, still quality check. I called, was told they only had one driver but promised my pizza would taste fresh. At an hour, I checked and it said pizza was being baked. I called and they said to make sure my pizza was fresh they re-baked a fresh one & delivery shortly. My pizza arrived shortly. It was fresh, delicious, & excellent. I’ve experienced this since moving from overseas back to the US since Dec. Shortage of staff. I can be flexible and the manager kept me on informed. I just moved here and will support her store.
This location has gone down hill the last couple of years…it used to be our go to. Every once in a while we will attempt and service and quality is always sub par…tonight was our worse experience yet. I honestly only ordered here because all the other options were too busy. We ordered at 5:33…estimated completion was 5:58-6:04 if I recall correctly…my husband went at 6 to pick up. It was so chaotic. The workers were visibly upset and stressed. There were a bunch of people waiting for their pizza. Workers were yelling at each other, cussing, slamming things and it even sounded like someone went to the back and punched something. We finally got the pizza at 6:55….that’s almost an hour after promised and my husband had to sit there for an hour. We got the wrong order. We ordered one regular crust, 1 thin crust, spinach and feta stuffed bread and cinnamon twists….we got 2 thin crusts and someone else’s mushroom and pepperoni pizza…and regular cheesy bread, no cinnamon twists…but we got the icing! Yes, he could have checked but he was ready to get out of there. The pizza was cold- despite being told multiple times it wasn’t ready when he asked…it’s all so frustrating. I completely understand being short staffed and stressed but the leadership at this store and whoever is above them needs to step up and help out when these situations arise and create a better environment for the employees and customers. The employees also need to learn to handle a crisis and the app needs to be updated with accurate wait times..
Wife placed order for pickup online. Went to go get pizzas, it's late I guess. Only 8 pm. Pizzas costed 30 ish dollars. Employees "can't" accept a $50 bill. So my wife has to go get different food. Employees response was go get change at a gas station and come back to buy pizza. What a joke.

THE REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES!!! Everytime I order my order is : cold! Hours late! Driver doesn’t follow instructions! The list goes on. Yes I get a “free pizza” but it’s not free if I already paid for it and y’all got it wrong!! Refund my money!! if it’s not right but I pay for delivery and I tip! I’m never recouped for that! Extremely annoying!!!!!!!! Waste of my money!! And my time!!!! Twice in 7 days!! Done thinking it’s just a one off! This locations SUCKS SO BAD IT SHOULD BE CLOSED!!

Ordered delivery arrived cold.
Then a long hair was found in one of the pizzas. I called to let them know and he said thanks for letting us know and hung up. Love that energy 🙃
