Kyrollos time was polite patience and great customer service and he did amazing on making my pizza just out of this world amazing ! Helen was nice polite and wonderful and her customer service was excellent she smell so wonderful parda perfume ! George takes his time to cut the pizza and was just very impressed ! Called in the night before and asked for an order of 12 pizzas to go to my son's school for graduation. I asked for the order to be delivered at 1245. Audrey said it would be there, no problem. Next day the driver was 10 minutes late and very rude. When I called and spoke to Audrey. Audrey didnt really care much about my feedback. Im a business owner in Mount Joy that needs to order food from time to time for events. I will now use one of the local shops to do this in the future. Im not impressed!!!!!
We order here frequently and have had mostly good experiences. Just like all restaurants, we have gotten the wrong order a time or two and we have had issues with the app, but it is a convenient option. They usually get our order right and relatively quickly. I believe the wait is usually around 30 minutes. One time, I asked an employee if we can get an extra garlic sauce for some stupid reason like our order number being 1000 and they gave it to me. We did delivery one time and it came in a reasonable time and the driver followed the instructions.

I got an order for delivery and it came on time and the pizza portion of the meal was good. I ordered an order of the chicken bites one in the bacon tomato and the other in the sweet BBQ bacon. 8.99 each. The chicken was nothing but fat and gristle. I called the store to let them know and spoke to a manager named Audrey. She apologized and said there is nothing they can do for me. The chicken comes already cooked off a truck. That was 18.00 plus dollars well spent.

The young lady at the counter tonight was amazing. She said she was the only one there besides her single delivery driver because a co-worker had to leave early. She had to close due to being short staffed and overwhelmed with online orders of a Saturday night, but she still stayed and made the pizzas and orders even being closed. She diffused a situation with a angry customer who didn’t understand they were closed as I came in to pick up my order, the man was very aggravated and demeaning towards her but she kept her professionalism and even told him “have a good night” in a friendly way as he left. Upper management should seriously consider her for a raise or promotion considering the overwhelming situation presented and her ability to manage the store single-handedly whilst being calm and collected, as well as her professional and friendly customer service attitude. A+ on her part.
