My hubby and I called in a pizza order today to take home. It needed a little bit of microwave time by the time we got home to New Sharon, but it didn't hurt the taste or texture one bit. IMO BEST Pizza in this area and knocks socks of the other guys up the street. The thin crust was crispy, delicious sauce and pepperoni with pineapple can't be beat. We will be back. This location is awesome. The staff is friendly. The food is so delicious. You get a great quantity and quality for your price. The store is super clean. There is plenty of parking and handicap accessible. If there's ever a problem, they fix it. They give So many discounts and promotions. No matter what your budget is You will not be disappointed The store manager is the nicest And will answer any question you have.

Placed an order online for delivery for 530. 6 o’clock goes by I make a phone call to the store. The girl says they’re out for delivery. 6:25 goes by and still no delivery. I called to speak with the manager. Seem to get anywhere!. Very very poor service. For delivery. I will be waiting for a phone call from the district manager. They should at least refund my order. Again very unhappy! This is a new update for the review. Another half an hour has gone by and still no delivery.! Finally, the delivery got here at about 650. As I expected. Everything is pretty much cold.

I placed an order tonight that took almost 2 hours to have completed. I have been going here since they opened, and the customer service seems to have gotten worse each time that I order. I had to wait over a half an hour at the pickup window until an employee decided to make his way to the window, after making eye contact with me several times. He had no idea what was going on, and took almost the same amount of time to check on my order. I ended up going inside, and within about 10 minutes or so, they magically had my order, after telling me that it was in the oven. I went home, and the 3 out of the 4 items were cold. I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to go back after the lack of customer service and overall incompetence of the employees.

I Placed an older at 5:30 pm January 27th, Simply a steak sandwich and a stuffed bread. went back 45 minutes later. They told me another half hour went back in a 1/2 hour later. Still not ready. I left at 7 o'clock and never got my food. Not sure about this place first time visit. Also I will not go back would be nice to habe gotten a refund though.

Can I just say WOOOOHOOOO 😅😅👏 but seriously though. I am so excited that Dominos has finally come closer to where we are 💯🎊 scared my husband 🤣😎 all excited when I seen it glowing in the dark, ssooo sad that I didn’t know they were there because in my lap sat a big box that I would not have gotten had I known 😅💯 hello sweet habanero sauce and fat juicy boneless wings 🎉🎉🎉🎊🍾 Yupp I’m a true fat kid at heart and have been deprived for too long 😂😂😂 here are the 32 beautiful chicken pieces they executed so perfectly today 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🫦 once again WOOOHOO 🤤😅💯

I tried to call in and place an order at our newly established dominos, and unfortunately they don't deliver here. Despite that they were still kind and genuine in informing me that they were unable to deliver here. You see, I live in Jay just past the Wilton Jay town lines, in what I like to call the pizza dead zone; as of yet I have never been able to place an order despite only being within 10 minutes of this or the pizza hut location (on a real note expanding the radius of deliver would be killer even of it was a bit extra) yet today I called both locations and had two totally different experiences. These guys seem to actually care.
Pizza hut out sources their calls, puts you on hold, an plays adverts for their restaurant on loop during said hold. I first got through to said third party but because I had questions about wether they delivered here now, I was transferred. The lady who answered at pizza hut was mean, rude dismissive and down right inconsiderate.
Dominos on the other hand? She was kind, genuine, asked questions of the manager and even offered an actual apology and wished me a good rest of my day; even in delivering bad news I felt valued.
All that aside, dominos makes better pizza, is in a better location, has a nicer, cleaner, maintained building, better customer service and is overwhelmingly a better experience. I for one will never order from pizza hut when I am actually in or close enough to Farmington for delivery again. It's dominos all the way baby.
Real talk tho chief, I'm at hidden circle in Jay near the wilton line and if you expand your delivery radius to encompass us, I, and everyone else within the pizza dead zone, would greatly appreciate it and you, and on my behalf , I'd give my pizza needs to you from now until the end of time. Regardless, I want to thank everyone of you for not being downright awful about someone just seeing if you deliver this far. Earned a forever customer with that W

I ordered from this location for the first time last night. I asked for extra cheese and somehow ended up with bare minimal cheese to the point that the crust was hard in the center of the pizza. The pizza wasn't even hot and I picked it up as soon as it was ready. Lesson learned, check your pizza before you leave the store.

Great place to get pizza! Super fast and the employees are always nice and friendly. There was a mix up on our order and we had to wait an extra 8 minutes. But they gave us the pizza on the house! I honestly still would of waited and paid. It was very memorable. Never have any issues when we come here. The pizza is soooo good.

I had to wait for quite awhile, I finally received my food. At first I posted a 1 star review, then I changed it to 4 stars. This is my first time eating domino's and I am happy with it. The pizza taste pretty good. I may order from Domino's again. I heard about the amount of orders that went through and I understand why I had to wait so long. I wish the best for your business and hope you guys have a successful career. Thank you.
