This Dominos location is terrible, ordered my one singular pizza at 9:07 and finally in the oven at 9:30 typically takes 15 maybe 20 minutes at the most. I was in my car still at 10 pm waiting in the dominos parking lot for the notification for it to be ready, so i proceed to go to the dominos receiving window for 8 more minutes while it’s raining, but no one had walked up so i wondered if they were closed since majority of the lights were off, so even though i put my pizza to pick up at the window to avoid getting soaked, the 3 “kids” that was working were just standing next to the oven having a blast like they were not even at work! My pizza had been sitting there for 25-30 minutes at this point while i just simply waited for the “ready” notification, so if you want to waste time & have nasty cold pizza? this is definitely the place to go to for that. Really a treasure in the Houston Heights area and near downtown Houston I think I was a little disappointed in the quality of food but the atmosphere and service are second to none. If I could give 10 stars for service, I absolutely would! We ordered on Christmas Eve since we were having dinner with my daughter and her family, and Gina went above and beyond for us on our delivery. I had to add a pizza to my order and Gina was so helpful!! The world needs more people like Gina, who are caring and compassionate. You can tell she enjoys her job too!! Man!!! We got chicken bacon ranch, extravaganza, Wisconsin 6 cheese!! This Domino's ALWAYS gets it right! Steaming hot pizza, delicious, perfect amount of toppings, super nice delivery driver!
