I ordered a take out chicken bacon ranch & cheese sandwich. ‘Premuim chicken’ the menu says. See the photos of what I got. The bread is burned and hard as a brick. The food is unidentifiable and also burned, and covered maybe half of the surface of the bread. The young lady who checked me out was wonderful. The food was fast. Seriously though, is this what they really serve their costumers? Somebody there HAD to know what it looked like, and boxed it up and served it anyway. I’m trying to call to speak to a manager but have been on hold with the recording for ten minutes so I came here to review instead. A three word review: What the hell! (I cleaned that up.) The fact that they forgot two orders of tater tots with my pizza and brought them back 50 minutes later. To look like this...tried to take all of the burnt bacon off and it didn't help with the taste at all...HORRIBLE

So ordered delivery. Got the wrong pizza. Tried to call to see what could be done and was on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. So I drove to the store defeating the whole purpose of delivery. I talk to a lady who was understanding but could only offer a new pizza or a credit to my account. That's it. No discount from having paid for delivery. No offer for something as compensation for the issue. It took over an hour to get what I ordered. Not a pleasant experience in the least. It'll take a bit before I order from here again. The pizza is always warm when it is delivered. The customer service is great. Anytime we have had an issue in the past, it was immediately handled. Sitting here watching my order say on quality Check for over an hour. Wonder if I’ll even get my food at this point been two hours since I order but if I do receive it probably gonna be cold. Customer service and Customer care at this Pizza Hut location has literally restored my faith in humanity lol. Seriously though, the GM Colton remembered me when I called back to check the status of my refund, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and more than happy. I love my pizza but this is by far the best experience I’ve had from a pizza place when it comes to taking care of the customer and actually aiming to keep me coming back:)! I ended up happier after this experience and will now choose Pizza Hut and specifically this location for all my future pizza needs!! Thank you Pizza Hut and Thank you Colton for caring and going above and beyond I’m looking forward to see you guys win!!:)) #totalfoodie:))

To place my order at 5:12 pm and to get it 6:20 it should have been free my pizza was cold. The whole reason we order delivery is so we don't have to drive, but when you get a Hawaiian pizza instead of a half mushroom, half bacon and pepperoni, then it just seems the employees don't even read the dang order, I mean talk about polar opposites.
