Doe's Eat Place Inside Margaritaville in Biloxi On the 3rd floor (go up 2 sets of escalators) Early Bday dinner date night 😍 We FINALLY tried Doe's Eat Place and it definitely lived up to every amazing review and recommendation that was given in a local foodies group. We made reservations for 6:45 and arrived 10 min early. We were greeted immediately with smiles, they got our reservation pulled up and sat us immediately. Atmosphere was perfect for either a casual night out or a nice date night. Everything was clean and though it's a large open space it wasn't loud. Personally I feel they have an amazing selection on their menu and it made it difficult to choose where I wanted to start but then I saw their version of a French onion soup that includes filet tips. Seriously the BEST French onion soup I've ever had. I just got a cup but instantly had regrets not getting the bowl. I will go back JUST for that soup alone 🤤 My husband had the 2.5 lb Porterhouse which had the perfect char, I had the filet which was so tender it literally melted with each bite. Both were cooked perfectly, mine being med rare and his medium due to the cut. The menu offered so many amazing sides that we couldn't decide so we ordered 4 total lol. Side note... We skipped lunch and refused to eat because we wanted to make sure we could try new things. Not sure if that was a good idea, kinda like grocery shopping on an empty stomach 🫣 I had the Mac n Cheese and Fried okra. The Mac n Cheese took me a minute because I can taste the sharp cheddar but then there's another cheese that stands out but I can't quite put my finger on it. It was very good, not overly done and very light. The fried okra was perfect especially considering I am pretty picky when it comes to how I like my okra. It can't be soggy or undercooked and must have the perfect amount of crunch without being overly breaded. The only adjustment I had to make was adding a pinch of salt. My husband had their grilled asparagus and twice baked potato which he was happy with both. Everything was perfect down to the service. We definitely will be going back and highly recommend it. Also, they do offer a nice kids menu. The main Menu is al la carte and pricing is on point for the quality and cuts. Overall with tip (we always leave a minimum of 25% or more) we spent 200.00 on an amazing and unforgettable meal. That being said we did go all out being a celebration and date night. Sides (priced from $7-$10 each) could easily be shared allowing 2 generous portions and the 2.5 lb Porterhouse ($68) could easily feed 2 or even 3 people lol. Needless to say, we have leftovers for at least 2 more meals. Overall for pricing they do offer options I would think would fit many budgets depending on the meal so definitely check out their menu. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. This is the 2nd time eating at this doe’s. We have tried 4 restaurants so far. The steaks tasted more like a chuck roast. The meat shredded when you cut across the grain. The tamales were too spicy to eat. For $150.00, very disappointing ! They must have new cooks. i grew up eating at Doe’s in Greenville, which is hands down the best restaurant in the Ms Delta. Doe’s in Biloxi isn’t a good restaurant. Charged a lot of money for a gristle fatty steak that was overcooked and buried in sauce. if you crave a good steak drive to greenville- so worth the drive Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
Usually incredible! Usually tell people this is the BEST PLACE to get a steak! Last night everything was a bit under par though. Unfortunately took a long time to be served. Once he came he was very good. Brought out a water and a fly was in drink. My steak was cooked too much this time.
Service was remarkable but the food was definitely not worth the high price. I ordered the chicken Parmesan and it was flavorless. The noodles tasted like they were boiled in a pot with bay leaves and had no salt what so ever. And although my toast was a bit burnt, it was the best thing on my plate. Went here, as I am allergic to seafood and husband had been eating it for several days, so we both wanted steak. Chose this over Ruth's Chris based on experience at the restaurant in the delta. Nice atmosphere and fantastic service. Tamales were pretty good. However, loaded baked potatoes were old and warm, not hot. Filet was tender, but primary flavor was salt. NY strip was salty AND tough. Garlic bread was the best thing we ordered. Again, excellent service and I didn't send anything back, as I didn't want to mess with it. However, given Doe's reputation and price point, this meal should have been much better. It was pretty good. The steak was cooked perfectly! I believe it’s pretty pricey. It took an hour to get our dinner but our server was excellent! I believe his name was Kevin. He apologized and said the kitchen was short staffed.

We at dinner at Doe' Steakhouse. It's a relatively small place but good atmosphere. Only 4-5 booths everything else is tables. Staff was great and took great care of us for our date night. We shared the 2.5lbs Porterhouse and it was pretty good. Probably one of the thickest steaks I've ever had which is probably why is was $68. Was it worth it? I'm in the fence. It was good and cooked exactly the way we ordered it. But a descent portion of that 2.5lbs comes from the t-bone in it. Still plenty for the wife and I to enjoy. It was a good experience but I don't think I would pay that much for a steak like that again. The drinks we got were plenty strong and the bread pudding was pretty good. I would recommend giving this place a shot, but it is in the more expensive side.
