We had a great meal and our server was great. Ryan waited our table and was fun and very nice. He kept a great check on us. We had ribs and a burger and both were really good. The loaded potato was cooked perfect. The price for 2 people's dinner, 2 beers, a tea and great service was $58. The dinner rolls they bring before the meal are bomb! I could eat those anytime. The bathroom was very clean. They have a bar so if you just want to grab a drink you are set. We recommend this place. My food was excellent with extra to take home! Full rack baby back ribs loaded sweet potato and coleslaw. The only complaint I had was that someone got pepper happy on my coleslaw. My friend had beef tips mashed potatoes and gravy. Corn on the cob. Complimentary bread and a cinnamon butter. Delicious! Our service was very mediocre, either inexperience or just poor manners. I couldn't tell which. She took my friends order and forgot to take mine. Continuously ignored me throughout meal and all the way til end. I felt very disrespected. Even after I paid, she brought my card and receipt to my friend. All thru meal, I had to remind her to bring things. Definitely reflected on her tip. They seated us at a table that was completely disgusting with food everywhere, we ordered the tumbleweed onion which came out burnt. My husband ordered the 18oz ribeye medium rare and came out raw, it was sent back to be recooked and came back still rare/raw. No discount was offered for the inconvenience and the server inspected the steak the first time like she didn’t believe him when he said it was severely undercooked. Well arrived at 5:30 pm on Wednesday 3/6/24. Ordered a top shelf margarita frozen ended up being a salt block. Sent it back seems like I got it back. Ordered mozzarella sticks. Found the rest of my ice that was lost in my drink. Mozzarella sticks were frozen in the middle. By the time the heat had transferred to the center the whole stick was cold. The salad came . But it was just as disappointing as the rest. Ordered the ribeye 12 oz. It was fatter than any steak I've had in a long time. Didn't know who our server was. When seated they were cleaning off a table for us but was taking other customers to tables. Brought out dessert before meal. Never came back to check on us. Floors where dirty and hadn't been sweep in a few hours. When gave us a card to leat them know how our server did, it didn't even have a name on it. Service was good and speedy. Server fixed what he could. Steaks were awesome but the sides and appetizer was either over cooked or under cooked. Fries and first plate of pretzel bites were hard.
