•November 2023• a well air conditioned restaurant/bar with great tasting mojitos! The mahi mahi burger was just alright. The bar chairs are super comfortable! A good selection of bottled beer too.

Spent a week in San Juan and visited Dockside several times. Breakfast and lunch options were great. Manny makes a mean cocktail behind the bar! Don Vincente is a must try if you like rum and can handle the spicy sweetness of ginger. Great beer selection and craft cocktails. Can't wait to return! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went there for a massage for three people arranged the very day of our visit. We communicated via WhatsApp and they were very accommodating with our schedule. The one hour relaxation massages were outstanding and the complementary cocktails after were a nice touch. I will definitely be back on my next visit to SJS. Parking is secure and available in a lot for 11 cordobas. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went here a couple times to use their cowork space! You just have to order something off the menu to be able to use the space & wifi. Worked great. Although they are apparently turning the cowork space into a yoga studio so not sure how much longer it'll be there. Food & drinks were tasty.

Star for the view from their outdoor seating, and star for the very nice barista. I had an overpriced espresso here. They serve Illy espresso which isn’t a favorite of mine. Restaurant is right by where the boats head out so again, location is very good.

Dockside has one of the most spectacular Bay views you'll ever find. They open at 7:00 a.m. and serve good espresso and an excellent breakfast. The place is already be coming famous for their beer selection which may be the largest in Nicaragua. There is good seating available for digital nomads with plugs everywhere smartly designed with good ergonomics. The Wi-Fi is 25 down and 10 up, which is excellent for this area. The entire Port area of San Juan del Sur is really up and coming and Dockside is leading the way.

We visited for Tuesday taco night, that I believe they just started. The margaritas and empanadas were great, but the fish tacos blew us away, excellent!! We're from Florida, so we have the option for fresh seafood often, and these are some of the best we've ever had! The decor was really neat, too, very well done. Looking forward to returning

Great location to view the costal beach ! Nice and breezy for those hot days. Amazing to catch sunset
