I love the drinks but I don't enjoy having to wait an extra 10 minutes every time I order off the app. This should be adjusted if more time is needed. Also, too many times there have been missing ingredients I've paid for which is such an inconvenience when you order for pick up and it isn't ready at the time stated and you're missing the boba or the jelly you ordered. This just happened again on Friday. Honestly, I probably won't be coming back here sadly. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
