This Dillons was very clean and well stocked. It has a large variety of products and nice wide aisles. An older employee was very helpful in assisting me with getting a good ham.
Customer Service in this Dillon store provide horrible service. Today I bought two lottery tickets from customer service. The female representative who wear face mask did wrong for both tickets. First I only plan to buy one ticket with number i want to pick. But she quickly printed out the Megan ticket with auto selected number without asking me. Then I told her since I didn't pick up number for that ticket, I would buy another ticket with Power Ball with numbers I picked. After she printed out tickets, and I paid for them. I realized second ticket is still Megan, not Power Ball. I tried to tell her. But she kept denied what I said. I asked for her manager. I didn't know what she told her manager. Her manager look mad and walked to me. I tried to tell him what happened. He complaint that my voice is loud. I said that my loud voice didn't make her to hear what I said. I tried to tell her what I said, but she kept denied what I said and she made mistakes on both tickets I bought. End up the manager switched one ticket to Power Ball. I just felt that the female representative made mistake on both my lottery tickets I bought, and the manager didn't apologize that, but critics my voice.
