First time being at this branch and it wasn’t the best experience. It has a wide range of products. That was good. The young man scanning items at cashier’s looked like he didn’t want to be there at all. He was scanning things mindlessly, was about to start scanning next person’s items even though there was a diving bar between our items and next person’s items, and he packed raw chicken in the same plastic bag with cooked food items. It was unsanitary and inconsiderate. We hope this branch either trains people better or hire people who actually want to work. Will continue going to other Dierberg branches that has better customer service.

I love this Dierbergs, it is smaller and probably older than the other ones. I have met James an assistant manager and he was extremely helpful. He has excellent customer service. He took me directly to the items I needed when I was in a big hurry. I will definitely go back.

I was looking for Yuban coffee. Yay! They had it. My mom lives in SE MO and it is her preferred coffee. We haven't been able to locate any and I stopped in to this Dierbergs on my way to see her. It's been a long time since I patronized a Dierbergs and I had forgotten what a great store they are.

Each Isle is well marked. Produce, vegetables, wing bar, prepared meals, always look great. They have actual people working and cashiers. I do not appreciate stores with all the self checkout

Wonderful staff, super clean and organized store. Great quality, wide range of stuff, a lot of unique items, gourmet items, specialty, local distributor items. Still too high priced for your average shopping and stock up.

A dude wearing a mask and an employee was very rude when I asked if a lane could be opened for a doordash order. The app says basically self-checkout wouldn't work, well it did. It isn't what the dude said but the tone of voice and attitude even after I thanked him

Went there to get flowers at 8am for a special sympathy gesture and couldn't because the floral dept doesn't open until 9. I could have taken something pre-made but it was special
