The server who got our drinks was great! On the other hand, when I ordered our food, I was automatically charged a 28% tip before I had the option to pick weather or not I wanted to tip. After the charge was processed, I clicked on "no tip", but they has already charged me! The manager later came over with my receipt that the $7.00 tip was taken off. He just played it on the table and walked away! Rude!! Listen, I tip! I was a server for 25 years! I do tip! But this place doesn't bring your food out to you! You have to go to the window, order it, then go pick it up yourself! No, I'm not leaving a $7.00 tip! Maybe two, but not seven. First time here and we felt a bit lost. It looks like you need to find your own sit. I have no problem with it, but a sign would be convenient. Also we struggled ordering a beer because although they had a decent beer lineup, there's no draft beer menu to look at for some reason. The waitress was very nice and welcoming, she had to read the draft beer options to us directly from her hand held device. The food was great! First visit here. The parking lot was packed. However, there was still seating inside and on the patio area. I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat, so I went with the appetizer sampler. Let me tell you, the honey jalapeño boneless wings were awesome. The poppers were good, as well as the pretzel sticks and cheese and the quesadilla. I'm definitely going back for the wings! Food and drinks were good. Service was great! Just a little too crowded for my taste. Parking is also very tight. Still a nice after work sports bar or fun for game day shenanigans.
