I went in Thursday around 7pm and the customer service was impeccable, and the food was so fresh and delicious. There was a man in the kitchen and when I went up to the counter to ask for extra sauce, he came from the back with a smile on his face and helped me right away. I have been a regular and I have been pleased overall until my last visit. Either they raised prices within the last week (and didn't tell me) or the male ringing up my bill wasn't competent as I was overcharged. As I never get a receipt I didn't realize the overcharge until I returned home. Just a nice simple old fashioned burger joint. The garlic fries are almost always very good. They have delicious fry sauce. The grilled cheese and hot dogs are ok. Never been before. Everyone working was nice and expedient with my order. The only thing I would change, coke instead of Pepsi. Food was great. The online thing said it wouldn't be ready until 145 I was 10 minutes early and my order was ready to go. The guy in the red shirt cooking was great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
