The guy there who I'm assuming is the manager because he's always RUNNING things like a boss round of applause to you. Several times he has gone above and beyond for me and my boyfriend. The food is always amazing, he's usually running around handling everything with finesse and skill, and he makes real sure everything is going properly and fairly. I've never been so happy with service i ran home and write a review. Absolutely amazing human and I'm sure is the heart and soul of this place running so well. 5 stars for you sir.! This place is amazing. We ordered the pulled pork sandwiches and three loaded baked potatoes with chopped brisket. So amazing. The food got me in the door but what will keep me coming back is the amazing customer service, the restaurant was slammed, I mean packed and they were under staffed and only had two workers up front manning the order line. These two gentlemen handled every customer with great care and ensured you received your food how you wanted it. They went above and beyond to fix our order when something on it was messed up. I will be returning to this place regularly as their employees were on top of their game. Thanks! literally never order take out from here with out inspecting everything in the bag. they always leave stuff out. i mean the meats good but i have no sauce. the fries arent seasoned and old. i will say though, customer service was on point just please remember my sauce next time. Dickey's drive-thru was my standby during the worst of the pandemic. Trying them again after about three years, I was disappointed that their delicious creamed spinach is no longer on the menu, and they don't offer smoked turkey now. Haven't been to Dicky's in years but glad I tried it again! Had the Brisket & Jalapeño Cheddar Kielbasa. Both were incredible! I like my brisket a bit fatty (so it's moist). Dicky's only charged me for the weight of the Brisket... not the fat! They'll make the food anyway you want! Service is impressive because the staff goes above & beyond. Love this place. Free ice cream, kids eat free on Sunday when you buy your plate you can get a free kids meal for your kid. Knowledgeable staff and will always get you the best bang for your buck. This will be the first time to give a negative review. Sunday kids eat free with adult purchase but they fail to post outside "dine in only" that mysteriously got broken and never replaced. These guys have seen me multiple times and know I have kids, so it not like I'm trying to get free food. Kids are at home sick, so yes I didn't bring them to dine in. My point is your management was rude enforcing company policy in the presence of customers. I've been in this restaurant multiple times no issues, but today they failed and it takes one fail for me to not ever recommend a establishment.
