Wow, were we disappointed We had good memories of another Dickies so were excited to stop here. But the brisket was just okay, mac&cheese bland like it came from a box, and the beans were cold. And the portion sizes were tiny. Also, it was a Friday night and there was only person working. He was very kind and apologetic for the wait --and a second worker did show up just as we finished paying. Just really regrettable. Also, didn't they use to have free ice cream for kids? This is our spot to go when we decide to eat out. The food is fresh & tastes great, the service is very nice and it’s easy to understand how to order if you’ve never been there before. Hello I'm here to give warning my daughter ordered $60 doll worth of food from the dickeys bar b que pit in Fairfield CA door dash was supposed to deliver this for some reason door dash cancelled her order for no reason this happened on January 8th 2024 it's now going into February door dash told my daughter they refunded her money back to Dickey's bar b que pit the store manger kept saying he never received anything than he started being rude to my daughter cause she kept calling and asking for her money so she called me I called her was nice til he realized who I was calling for I asked him where's my daughters refund he said he hadn't received no refund from door dash so we called door dash over 7 times going back and forth door dash called hin to oet him know they sent the money back to him and he needed to refund it back to my daughter we found out he has a very good friend that works at door dash so is it that people order food tye door dash friend cancells the orders money gets sent back to the store the store manger denies he got it back than he pockets it it's been two months and he refuses to give my daughter her money bad bad business I wonder if there are others that this has happened too? This looks so suspicious to me than to top that off the store manager said his store don't give refunds I've never heard of that I called the cooperation the lady that's a lie and he can't keep her money and he's making they businesses look bad cause they value they customers and why he wouldn't give her back her refund she said that's not what we do so watch out im giving warning on people ordering online at Dickey's bar b que pit in Fairfield CA you won't get your refund back if they cancelled your order Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Tried to get information about reaching someone about a catering order of $1500 in Vacaville and asked if they could get me a manager or number for corporate or if they could handle the order and they barely spoke English and said I can call back for different problem and said I don’t know about 50 times and wouldn’t help me and said not their problem. I have enjoyed this place 2x. The customer service is outstanding. Plus I admire hard working young adults…… The food is decent and affordable. It would be great if they can make their own potato salad -homemade style (-!-) Keep up with the good work!!!!

Everything was fresh and delicious. Even the paper towels were high quality. The yeast roll melted in my mouth. The brisket was tender and moist. The ribs fell off the bone. Yum yum yum!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
