0 STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION HERE... The line was long, and there was only one person working in the kitchen and the bar. It took almost an hour to get chicken strips and fries, and then the chicken was still cold in the center!!! Even though I was right in front of the bar. I thought it was just shorthand, but BAD MANAGEMENT.... because then the owner or manager (some short balding guy in the side closet room) came out and the bartender working her butt off asked him if some other person was coming to help her, he responded no and went back into the closet/office, seeing the line and her freaking out and not caring about customers or his personnel. I can't imagine if they sold more than fried food and beer how much WORSE the customer service would be!!!

First time was 2013, different owners. To see someone rip into chicken strips and toss them back in the fryer is a first. To get overcharged by two beers is ridiculous, they fixed it but also complained about my complaint. ONLY GO IF YOU LIKE BILLARDS
