Good food and poor management service. My first visit was great 10 days ago, my second was truly unpleasant. Starting with the Host who insisted on assigning a table for us, when we didn't like her choice, we were told to consume worth of 300 DT of food/drinks in way to be able to select a spot of our choice. Anyway, I advice to keep you personal items hidden and away from public eyes including staff. True story: toward the end of the day, We went for a last swim, but it was very windy, so we came back to collect our belongings from the table, and a sunglasses was missing. I complained to the manager and too little was done to help...he only offered to call us the next day if he finds it, which is total no sense....after arguing Tunisian style for 15-20 min, involving more staff and witnesses, and making a big scene on the spot, a staff brought the sunglasses out from the kitchen, and handed it to the bartender.....How it got there? That's the $1M question!!!! I will never visit this hole again.

Starší hotel, prochází postupnou rekonstrukcí. Některé pokoje jsou již kompletně nové, někde je nová ložnice, ale stará koupelna. Personál je vynikající, snaží se pro hosty udělat maximum. Jídlo je dobré, ale stále kari příchuť, takže za týden už vás to nebaví. Zákusky výborně. Velký problém je hudba. Na pláži je disko Bar, který po 15 hod začne hrát strašný hluk. Musíte utéct k bazénu, kde animátoři pouští také hodně hlasitě hudbu.

Хороший отель. Приветливый персонал, изобилие еды и напитков, чумовая анимация, тренажерка, песчанный пляж. В общем все на отлично. Отдыхали там с женой 11 дней. Ощущения, что надоело, не было, в Турции с таким сталкивался уже на 5-6 день. В общем не рекомендую👍

Le service est très lent et la nourriture n’est pas très bonne. La plage est plutôt sale. Mais sinon on m’as laisser faire entrer mon chihuahua donc j’ai apprécié.

J’ai commandé 350g de calamars grillés, le grille a été utilisé pour grillé de la viande de mouton ou autre avant de griller mon calamar … résultat calamars bil 3alouch 😂 aucune excuse, aucune réaction… Price per person TND 70–80 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
