In the middle of Alaziziyah area in Alula Traditional restaurant with very basic appearance Staff are very good and kind I visited 2 times Actually, it’s very basic and don’t expect something high Maklouba is under the standard in most of restaurants Cleanliness is very bad I think enough for me to visit 2 times and the review was after the second time Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person SAR 20–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Excellent choice for a “local” meal in AlUla! A modest restaurant with a very friendly owner and staff and very, very delicious food!!! Prices are super low. انا مسؤول امام الله فيما اقول اول وآخر مره الاكل بااارد مافيه طعم والتعامل من العامل سيئ يعني اطلب حبه بي ٤٥ مافي اي سلطات ولا شطه كيف بخاري بدون سلطات او جرجير حتى اكلم العامل يكلمني بطرف خشم يقول المدير يقولي لاتحط سلطات للاسف ماانصح فقط الي بيسد جوعه فقط السلطات كلها بي ٦ ريال رغم انها المفروض تكون مع اي صحن رز ويطفي الانوار عليك وانت تاكل يقولك بيأذن الحين لايحترم زباين ولايقدر يعني منطقه مثل العلا كل مطاعم الرز بنفس المبدأ لازم يراجعو انفسهم منطقه سياحيه والمطاعم فاشله للاسف ماانصح ماانصح Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person SAR 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great restaurant in Alula Souq. Delicious chicken, friendly and helpful staff(the guy who cleans and brings the order is fantastic), and excellent prices. If you want a local experience away from the fuzz of the Old Town, that’s the place to be! A note for foreign guests who will find themselves in front of a closed door but see people inside, it might be due to prayer time. A common thing in Saudi is encountering shops and restaurants close for 20 minutes or so during this time.
