I’m guessing it’s the owner wife but she is a straight up b$&@h and the customer service is terrible and pricing was wrong and I said something bout it and she was like o well it’s supposed to say no substitutes and charged extra 5$ for tater tot’s instead of fries Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would leave a negative review if possible. I will not be coming back to this restaurant after the experience I just had. I am an African American woman who came to this restaurant to eat with my children. We were not greeted when we came in, and the waitress barely wanted to take our orders. My daughter and I order our food, and there is no one ahead of us except maybe call in orders. Some other people come in, and we are the only blacks here by the way, they order their food after my order was supposedly being prepared. I understand that I have shrimp and fries but how in the world can you cook three hamburger plates and two steak dinners before my order is done. Two tables received their food, my children and I are still waiting. After over 30 minutes of waiting and being given a nasty attitude from the waitress after inquiring about my food, I left. The kicker is when I called back to complain the owner got an attitude. Thanks for showing your prejudice. I will not be going back to this establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

5 stars isn't enough! Husband and I eat here 1-2 times a week. The staff are beginning to remember us whenever we come in. I've tried numerous things on their menu and the only time I was slightly disappointed was with the BBQ sandwich, but everything else is perfect. Always have crispy onion rings and fries, huge tenders, etc. I recently took my grandmother to try it and she also enjoyed it.
