Visited Denny's recently and had a solid experience. The Grand Slam breakfast was tasty and satisfying, just as expected. Service was prompt, and the staff was friendly. The familiar diner ambiance brought back memories, though the place could use a bit of a refresh. Overall, a reliable spot for a classic breakfast. The waitress could not comprehend what I was asking. So I use Google translator on my phone. I asked her if they had unsweetened tea. She did not understand. After I showed her on Google translator about unsweetened tea she stated to me she spoke good English. After I finished my food I asked for the bill 20 minutes later she brings the bill. Gretchen was an absolute delight. The hostess was also helpful as he made sure we got a table that accommodated our luggage. And I’m a huge Dennys fan already but their food was top notch.
