An amazing experience for a Denny's establishment. The food was amazing, I got the bourbon bacon burger. It looked immaculate, so my sister wanted one as well. The server(Hannah), was an amazing, energetic, and charismatic person. When we ordered an amazing cheesecake milkshake, she went above and beyond. I had an emergency babysitting situation yesterday, 2/23 a little before 6 in the evening, where my nephew was bawling and all I could offer was to go get a scoop of ice cream and hope he felt better. I pulled in to the first restaurant I saw, and it happened to be this Denny's. The gentleman who served me was an absolute gem. Timely, professional, kind service. It didn't have that usual dennys feel taste or quality. First time at that location. I've been to many dennys in ILLINOIS even in Mexico and it's always so clean moderate and has enough napkins at the tables and syrup its usually nice and warm with variety. But this one had no napkins only what came with utensils which was a thin 1 ply and the syrup was so cold and thick hard to get out of the dispenser looked very dirty the staff was was so loud and yelled at each other. Hannah is the best server I have ever had at any Denny’s here in the United States. I travel a lot and service is pretty inconsistent. However not at this Denny’s. Whenever Hannah is working you can almost guarantee she will take great care of you. Here I thought hospitality was dead at 24/7 restaurants, but no. This one is the bees knees!
