We have come to this Denny's occasionally since they opened. Today we had the best experience from the moment we walked in the door. Brandi S greeted us at the door with a smile and warm greeting. She was also our server. The warmth and smile were always present when Brandi took our orders, refilled our coffee cups, and checked on us though out our meal. The meals were excellent, and served quickly, hot, and the presentation was pleasing to the eye. There were other support staff that cleared our plates, made sure we had everything we needed, and this rounded out our excellent dining experience. My daughter gave compliments to the manager about how well the staff was trained and how much we appreciated it. We will not hesitate to dine here more often. Hit or miss at this location. Manager is super nice and so is most of the employees, but one particular waitress can be very rude and makes you feel uncomfortable. Food is average. Most of the time it’s lukewarm not hot. They do seem to take longer than they should to bring food out. Food took too long…..die to a holiday, only had 2 cooks? Poor management. The waitress when I asked where the food was, said should be out soon, as I could clearly see the food sitting on the pickup area. So, our food was cold, super runny eggs (over medium), she said took long due to waiting on pancakes? Ugh, they were not “hot” my granddaughters Mac n cheese was already turning sticky due to being up on there for a good while, the “cold brew” was watered down coffee with little milk. I did get the manager to have them add more creamer, now I had sweet milk? Stick to regular coffee please! The waitress yelled out for the manager, who clearly ignored her? I just asked for boxes for the pancakes so I could take home and warm up myself!! Shame on the manager for not taking any responsibility. So it was a waste of eggs and kids simple Mac and cheese? The bacon was not fresh made, nor was the sausage. My granddaughter was hungry and so she said she’d eat it? Super satisfied with our service, food and enjoyable atmosphere. This Denny’s is always clean and we are always sat quickly. (Mostly visit on a Thursday when we eat here). Janet always treats us with such kindness and takes the time to chat it up with my 7 year old. He really loves ordering for himself. We appreciate you Janet! My family and I come to this Denny's often. The manager Blanca is awesome! She's always so nice and works very hard. The server we had tonight, Matt was only on his second day and did a great job. We've never had anything but good service, but we did witness something quite disturbing tonight. There was a man that I found out was the GM that was treating people very badly. He got up in Blanca's face and was very rude not only to her, but the other employees there as well and did it all out in the open where anyone in the restaurant could see and hear him. I came here alone on Veterans Day since partner (also a veteran) and my son were both feeling under the weather. I can imagine Denny’s can be busy in general especially on weekends but today was even busier. But the staff handled the high volume like it was nothing. People were waiting for parking spots much less tables. I was alone so I took the last available seat at the counter. I had the original grand slam and coffee. Coffee stayed hot throughout my meal and it was good. Pretty simple breakfast but delicious. It was great seeing all the vets and families meeting and greeting one another. The staff was amazing! They really knew what they were doing and they rocked under the busy pressure. Thank you. This is a newer Denny's with a little style inside. This is the best Denny's yet that I have been to. We were greeted by host who seated us then we had a friendly server who took our order then checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our food came fast and everything was cooked perfectly and it was delicious.
