The service is really slow.. there were only 2 tables occupied,ours and a lady having breakfast herself. It took probably close to 10 min for anyone to come to the table. He took our drink and food order and dropped the drinks off fairly fast. The food arrived at the table cold. There were 4 employees working up front , I don’t know how many were in the back , however with that many people I feel the food should not have been sitting there in the window as long as it did being it’s cold. Went for dinner, food took a bit longer than usual to arrive at table. As you can see from the pictures, the turkey looks odd and tasted like chicken and the potatoes were swimming in gravy and everything was overly seasoned. The steak was overcooked and barely warm. Either the onions and/or mushrooms were spoiled as I've been up most of the night with terrible stomach issues, which have yet to be resolved. Also, when I got the bill, there was an upcharge for the mushrooms and onions, which was never mentioned at the time of ordering; definitely not right as customers should be made aware of any additional upcharges!!!! UPDATE: Called corporate to complain. Took all the information and said someone would contact me from restaurant. Guess what, never happened! VERY substandard everything from food to management!!!! Denny's, the write-off spot on the road to 303 heading to Vegas 7 out of 10 stars - Not a Denny's-tination, but still worth a pit stop! So, I recently found myself at Denny's on Bell Road, which might as well be the last checkpoint before the wild ride to Sin City! First impressions were surprisingly good - the place smelled less like a time warp and more like a cafe! I got seated in a flash and placed my order in warp speed too, but then the culinary rollercoaster went on a twisty path. The service was okay, but my water seemed to pull a vanishing act several times, and I had to perform the refill summoning dance. Now, brace yourself for this food review! My bacon had a serious case of "I've lost my crisp," my hash browns were on the brink of an identity crisis, and my egg seemed to think it was auditioning for a role as a hockey puck! Maybe the cook was trying to juggle flaming spatulas solo because the joint was buzzing like a beehive. Kudos for the bustling atmosphere, though, and thank the breakfast gods that the coffee was a savior in the taste department! All in all, I'd slap a 7 out of 10 stars on this Denny's adventure. It's a decent pit stop if you're in a hurry, want to save some cash before the Vegas extravaganza, and are willing to take a few quirky detours in your dining experience. Pros: - Cool updated digs - Groovy atmosphere - Coffee that'll keep you wired for the ride! Cons: - Service could use a turbo boost - Food might be on a rollercoaster mood swing - Water refills might take a few rounds of "Marco Polo" Overall: So, the Denny's adventure on Bell Road off the 303 was an amusing whirlwind. The vibes were rad, but the food didn't exactly make me do the Happy Pancake Dance. My husband took our daughter there for dinner. They got the Lumberjack Slam & a drink. The food was great, my daughter ate almost all of it! She was so happy!!! My husband came home and told me the server was absolutely amazing with our daughter. She was attentive and easy going with a kind heart. The hostess was perfectly fine. I have gone here a few times. Seems to get worse and worse. I went with my son and it was the worst experience that I have had. Kids make messes, I get that. But why was there dried food on the booster seat?! I obviously have a little child, yet you put us next to a couple that are both coughing like they're sick?! The back of the booth looked like it had dried syrup on the back rest. I was completely disgusted! More-so that my little child was subjected to this type of environment. Perhaps it was all the staff that looked like they cared more about their pronouns than actual customer service. I will not ever be returning to this location. I stopped in for dinner and it wasn't too busy so I got a seat relatively quick. The food took slightly longer than I would've liked to get to me but it wasn't a big deal because the food was great and the service was even better. My server was "Rhi" and she was great and took care of everything I needed, hopefully she serves me again the next time i stop in. Overall, I had a decent experience. Love this Denny ! The food was awesome here.I had the Philly cheesesteak omelet w/ a side of French toast. My son ordered the flamin 5 pepper burger which is new on the menu. The atmosphere is great and there wasn’t a long wait for a booth. My server Erika was a delight as well she made sure we had refills if needed and that our food was ok.I will return to this location .😃😃😃👍👍👍👍 Service Take out
