Me and my girlfriend came for a nice breakfast after a long shift, and we were pleased to be met with our greeter and cashier Paul, and our waitress Heather! Paul was so kind and had a great sense of humor. His 30 years of customer service really showed. And even though Heather was new, she already had a good hang of the job and took great care of us. Today I placed an early morning DoorDash order to Denny’s. Recently I’ve been having issues of my orders getting wronged through other restaurants, I’m very pleased an happy to say this restaurant is not one of them. I called them right after placing the order, kindly asking if they could make sure my burger was cooked through all the way because I am 7 months pregnant, they were extremely nice an were able to so generously deliver my order to outstanding satisfaction. I greatly appreciate the entire team for being so amazing. 🙏 Food: 5 Service: 5

Prices have gotten unbelievably high! We ordered an order of the oven baked macaroni and cheese and the side of biscuits and gravy. When we looked at the menu it showed a descent sized stoneware bowl of Mac and cheese and we were low on funds so we thought we'd share it. As for the biscuits and gravy side we thought the same thing, we'd share it. When our order arrived and she put it on the table I couldn't believe what I saw! The "bowl" of Mac and cheese was in what is called a "monkey" bowl which holds maybe 1/3cup or 3ozs! Nowhere near what the menu led us to believe we were getting! I asked our waitress about it and she said "yeah it is kind of deceiving huh?" My jaw dropped and I looked at her with disbelief and said "Not kind of! It's TOTALLY and COMPLETELY deceiving! I'm disappointed! It's not your fault but seriously!" Then the biscuits and gravy side was 1 biscuit not 2 like other places! I just sat there and shook my head! For the prices they're charging me for so-so food I don't think I am out of line to expect better! Shame on you Denny's! Don’t get the molten chocolate chip cookie with ice cream! There was nothing molten about it amd the cookie was dry. Apple crisp was much better! Waitress was kind and took it back plus didn’t charge us for it. They were also out of hot chocolate and hot tea. Not a great experience. First off I want to thank Jess for the wonderful service and how attentive and delightful she treated my friend and I while dining. I explained how I wanted my chicken bourbon skillet cooked and explained I’m pregnant and very specific how I want my dinner, she was understanding and compassionate and asked if I wanted to explain it to the cook so he can make sure it’s 100% perfect and that’s when we met Luis !!!!!! And he was very kind and listened to every detail as I explained my order. Wow !!! I have no words to explain how amazing this experience has been! I had given them a 1 ⭐️ before but I came back to change the review. I’m pleased to say that the food’s quality has improved! The eggs before were over cooked and almost burned on the bottom. Every time now my eggs came out the way they should be pancakes are fluffy and moist. The French toast was moist and the hashbrowns were cooked very well. right ago guys super impressed. also, a big shout out to my server. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name is something along the lines of Michaela or McKenna. but she was an awesome server very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly! I enjoyed coming here. It was about 2:30 am and the service was great. The food was warm and everything was clean and welcoming. Pancakes and French toast are wonderful and so are the skillets which happen to be my favorite. I recommend them.
