My family and I came in for some burgers and they were awesome. We really needed our cravings met and they were. Why is there only one staff member working in the afternoon? It’s hard to manage, the only waiter there was Assante, he was everywhere in that place. He did a great job, he was very attentive and had a nice attitude. Wife and I came in today for breakfast, and food was cooked great, over easy eggs were cooked perfectly. Actually super satisfied. Our waitress was super nice, friendly, had a good sense of humor too. Thank you so much for wonderful service. Definitely coming back again! Avoid this place at all costs! Worst experience ever. Brisket was burnt to a black crisp. Dirty tables everywhere. Literally the tables beside us weren't cleaned the entire time we were there for like an hour and a half. The service was extremely slow and an employee walked out and quit while we were there. I took some photos of the burnt food and microwaved Mac and mashed potatoes with a piece of steak as well as one of the dirty tables directly beside us which a lot of the food was uneaten and should of been the sign for us to leave befpre we even ordered. I literally only ate the hash and sausage and half a pancake. The eggs were disgusting. We really felt bad for the server as it was out of his control. Bad cooks and bad management. Even the managers excuse for why tables weren't cleaned was because he was cleaning the other side of the restaurant where no one was at while we sat around filth. The manager did comp our meals but I wouldn't be doing my job as a local guide if I didn't advise you to avoid this place completely. It needs to be shut down. We love Dennys. Not all are good. This is one of the good ones. Food came out in a good time. Our server was very friendly and patient with us. Kept our water glasses filled, along with those in other booths. There was a problem with no power for the card reader ( didn't affect us). We watched as they worked through it professionally. Most importantly, FOOD WAS GREAT! Cooked just right, plated nicely, still the right temperature. Nom not nom... Manager told me they were closed due to no servers at 4:45 PM in the afternoon. Also asked to use the restroom he told us yes but when we came out he told us it’s not a public restroom and we cannot sit down if we’re not ordering food Planned on ordering food if opened, but with the rude service would absolutely not recommend or come back. The managers name I spoke with, was Joey in an all black outfit he was very rude and told me to gladly leave the review about the encounter. When we walked in Joey, the manager, greeted us with a great attitude and set the tone for the friendly atmosphere we experienced. Ashley, our server, was fantastic. Her easy going manner and smile at 10:30pm was infectious and made us feel comfortable. The food was delicious and the menu was over the top with selections. Chelsea is the young lady that was working. She was there by herself and did an amazing job at staying on top of her tables, greeting new customers coming in and getting out orders. She was extremely friendly and had a great positive energy that just radiated off of her. You can’t help but walk away with a smile after interacting with her. She made my overall experience there extremely enjoyable!!! She is the perfect example of how a person in the food service industry should be like. I will 100% be back because of her!
