Was really impressed by the customer service of the waitstaff. I’m not huge fan of Dennys but I wanted something easy and a booth. This Denny gets a 10 out of 5 for meeting those expectations. On top of it the food was cooked very well to order, but more importantly the waitress was exceptional. Kind, quick, and attentive to my coffee cup. Thank you. The manager is NOT adequately staffing the place! Only one waitperson and one cook. Meals came after n 45 minutes to the first third of our group of fifteen the next were served 15 minutes after that. And then the last of us were not served until another 15 minutes. In the meantime five tables of people were seen leaving because they were not getting quickly served. Very bad image for the Denny's chsin!!!!a Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I would like to commend the Denny's at the TSR Pavilions restaurant. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, especially Nicola. The food was very delicious and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. I give you all 5 for 5!! I've been coming to this Denny's for years as I own a handyman business and I have lunch here when I'm in the area. I'm a vegetarian and I almost always have the French toast slam without the meat and they give me an egg. Today however I stopped in and sat at the counter andordered the same thing and the new waitress very abruptly informed me that I couldn't do that. I explained to her that Lupe the manager has been doing it for me since she's been there. The server went in the back and came out to tell me that they don't do it anymore and that the policy has changed since they have a new owner. Firstly she was very rude and said," do you wAnt it or not?" Secondly why should I pay more for the same thing because of my religious affiliation(Buddhist) by buying everything Alan carte when anyone who eats meat can get a cheaper price? I don't eat meat because I refrain from taking any life as a precept of my religion. All that said I believe it's unfair and discrimination to treat customers differently because of their religious choices. Shame on Denny's and they lost a good dedicated patron. The staff was nice and very polite. Food was good But The prices are too high. Also slow and there was not many people there. Prices I know come from corporate.
