We were pleasantly surprised by the whole dining experience last night. While looking for a nice seafood place for dinner and finally concluded to give Deli Muara Ikan Bakar a try. Firstly, they had a sound selection of freshly displayed seafood at the entrance. The person in charge of the seafood stand gave us numerous cooking options and made spot-on recommendations for cooking preparation of the items that we chose. We were pleased that the dishes were thoroughly prepared and nicely presented. We truly appreciate and enjoy each dish. The ever-friendly and dedicated owner was genuinely concerned about our dining experience and humbly inquiring feedback for areas of improvement if any. The whole seafood dinner was honestly priced and the owner took the initiative to assist us with the transportation (Grab) booking for our return journey back to the hotel. Kudos to the Team at Deli Muara Ikan Bakar.... hope to visit the place again soon.
My favourite place to have ikan bakar. The place is not too crowded. Service is quite fast even during public holidays. Price is very reasonable compare to nearby places. To do it like a Malaccan people, always eat with nasi lemak. Sotong goreng tepung is a must here.
Always be my favourite ‘Ikan Bakar’ restaurant whenever the craving strikes. Fresh seafoods and varieties of menu.
My pick would be:
1. Siakap fish (to be split into two one Bakar with sambal and tiga rasa or sweet sour of your choice)
2. Butter prawn
3. Fried squid
4. Chinese style Mussels
4. Salted egg Crab
Best ikan bakar I've had hands down. Been having dinner here for years with my family, and the food always impresses. They even put effort into their nasi lemak which is super flavourful, must be paired with siakap, udang bakar rempah. Staff are really friendly as well! Long waits to be expected though so go on off peak days
Came on a monday so the queue wasn't that long and not many people. Price was affordable dishes for two only cost rm60 with many varieties. Fish, cockles and squid were fresh. All were very good and definitely not mind coming back. Spacious space and ample parking.
The worst food experience really not worth with price the pineapple that they use are dah busuk dan so salty trust me we come from f&b line so we know how to taste food
