Enter the establishment for lunch During arrival, we were not greeted until 5 minutes after standing at the counter waiting. The tables were not clean. When our food was brought out to us salads were made incorrectly I took taken food back to the counter and was asked by the manager "Well what is wrong with the salad?" As I had explained this is not a Ceasar salad. At that moment she became defensive as if I was incorrect. Also to mentioned the drinking fountains were labeled or placed in not the correct spot when bringing the issue again to staff the manager stated to the other staff " he doesn't know what he is talking about" as If I was not standing there. At this point, I am extremely disappointed in the service. In all occurrences that took place during my visit manager was not correct and it had to take another staff member to inform the manager that she was incorrect. This is a great breakfast and lunch spot, and they offer catering. The food came out quickly, correctly, and with enthusiasm. You may be able to go to many more expensive restaurants down here, but the food won't be as good, and I doubt the service could be better. This is a real hidden gem and the people in Barclays are lucky to have a place like this just downstairs from their offices. Well done to the owners.
